Roam 2 speaker static noise

Have you tried different sources?

Does the hiss stop when  you pause the music?

Also, how are you sending music to this Roam 2? Is it Bluetooth, AirPlay 2, or via the Sonos streaming app?

i have down it over WiFi and Bluetooth.

i have also used the Sonos app and Spotify 

I contacted support and did all the resets etc. they want me to try the eq settings but I am away from home atm and only have Bluetooth so can’t use the app to do so.

likely will send me a replacement but it’s only a couple of days out the packet so hoping a quick fix
