My Samsung TV eARC hdmi connection is currently in my cinema processor, allowing theatre sound.I don’t use it all the time and I’m not happy with the standalone TV sound so I want to add an Arc Ultra.To get Atmos from the Arc I need to use a eARC connection from the TV.How do I get my TV eARC connection to feed BOTH the cinema processor and the Arc soundbar?Looking for solutions that work for others who have encountered this type of issue.

I have a huge property where I’ve got 37 Sonos devices of various product all hardwired except for my subwoofers. Is there a way to get past or something I can do to jailbreak the limitation of 32 devices because of the universal plug-in play built into the software.or if somebody has a better suggestion idea or information, I would love to hear about it other than creating a second network

Hi I have several Sonos Products and recently they just randomly drop off the network.I have a Google Next Pro mesh wifi and I lose my Sonos Era300 and Move. But my Sonos Sub remains connected (paired with Era 300)In the other rooms Era100 has been ok, Play 1 pair and sub drop off but come back online My network strength is good to great and have no issue with TV PCs etc my Move won’t register I have done factory reset which temporarily solved Does Sonos have another system error in 2026 

My Era100 has worked normally during the time I've had it, about 1 year. Now it suddenly doesn't connect with my TV or if it connects, it disconnects itself after a moment. I've tried everything I can imagine, with the TV and era100, and the app. Any ideas?

Setup is: 2x Era300 configured as a stereo pair + Sub Gen 3.Music is played from a desktop computer to the Era 300 via Bluetooth. Because the desktop frequently connects and disconnects from the system, the Sub randomly stops producing audio during Bluetooth playback.Once the issue occurs, the Sub does not recover on its own. Audio output from the Sub remains absent indefinitely until some form of reinitialization is performed (for example, reconnecting Bluetooth or power-cycling the Sub). I have never observed the Sub resume playback by itself after the issue has occurred. Observations:The room remains correctly bonded in the Sonos app.Sonos app playback works normally, and the Sub works normally when using Sonos native playback.However, after using Sonos app playback and then switching back to Bluetooth playback from the desktop, the Sub does not start working again. I've been chatting and speaking with Sonos technical support for the past four hours and am about to have my issue escalated for the sixth time. The one thing that not one of the technicians has tried is to recreate the issue on their own Sonos speaker.Voice Control will NOT connect to KUSC - Classical California: The station is in my “Favorites” and the app will connect to it - but Voice Control either fails to respond or connects to a channel named “Blue Mood” - which plays orchestral light jazz with commercials. Could someone, please, try to get Sonos to play KUSC using Voice Control and let me know the result? Thanks!

All of a sudden no sound is some out of my Roam. Sonos app ‘sees’ it and shows audio coming from it, but I hear nothing. Factory Reset twice with no luck. During Reset I hear audio.Play/Sound controls on Roam don’t appear to do anything either.Controlling system via iPad OS27 app.

I have several alarms setup to wake up, they can be activated and deactivated with a toggle. They worked great forever, suddenly now it’s a huge effort to get them to deactivate or activate them. It’s either reboot the whole system, or phone, refresh the connection that seems to get it to respond. Or just doing it, several times. Why is it so hard to make it work?  This seems to have changed in the last 6 months, so whatever update was performed has made it extremely difficult to accomplish a simple task. 

I’m getting a message on my MacBook that the Sonos app will soon need to be upgraded because support for apps built for the Intel processors are being phased out. I have Sonos app version 17.2 and MacOS 26.4.1. Is a newer version of the Sonos app available?

My sonos one keeps dropping from the app.  LED is flashing red I re-assign using rj45 connection   ther wireless way wount work at all. it will be fine for a day .. then back to flashing red

Hi,I have disabled sonoNET on my arc ultra but a wifi scan still shows it is intermittent activity on channel 165 in 5Ghz rangechecking status directly on the arc shows HT AP Mode is ON. Hi,since the last update Sonos Voice Assistant’s volume is fixed to a constant unintelligible low, one is unable to hear it nor is it possible to set it via the master volume. Would it be possible to give the users a separate Assistant volume control? Thank you.

I have two sonos 5 2nd gen paired with my victrola turntable (sonos compatable).  Everything worked great until my cleaning lady unplugged the table.  Now my stereo sound is weak.  Like im only getting one channel.  My Jimi Hendrix cuts out depending on the panning.  Any thoughts?

My TV is a Sony XBR-55X850D  i cannot get 5.1 surround sound with my Sonos Arc with my Sony TV.  Only Stereo. I tried everything. help!!! thanks in advance 

On Beam Gen 2 (which is set up with Sub Mini and 2 x Play:1 surrounds), when I ask Alexa to “Play 6 Music”, halfway during the response “Now Playing BBC 6 Music” the volume increases and the station music sounds much louder than I want it.Does anyone else get this and what can I do to stop it happening. It really is ridiculously loud when the volume increases.

I have a turntable currently using the Sonos port. I recently purchased the Sonos ace headphones and a BTA 30 is it possible to listen to my vinyls on my Sonos ace headphones? If so, can anyone help me? I can’t seem to get this to work

I have a Sonos Arc Ultra in a group with a sub and two Sonos One speakers. If I bought a Sonos Amp, could I add that to the group to play two more speakers, which are not Sonos speakers?I have heard this could lead to a TV audio delay of about 75 milliseconds? If this is true, can I adjust for this in the Arc Ultra's settings?

I am at a loss trying to find information.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have a multiple Sonos products in my house (no group set-up FYI), and I also have multiple Echo Dot speakers.  Alexa works on all devices both Sonos and Alexa Echo Dots.  There is one skill imparticular that is not working over the last month is Sleep Jar through Voice Commands on Sonos products, but does work on Echo products?  When I give the voice command to play or launch a particular sound on any Sonos device - the response I get is “Having Trouble accessing skill”.  This particular skill is linked in my Alexa app settings.  Since it works on Echo devices no problem - my thought is this is a Sonos issue and I downloaded the latest upgrade.  Is advice on how to fix -- my only work around has been to Airplay on the Sonos speakers, but only my phone to access not voice.

We have an ARC Ultra installed along with a SUB and AMP.  The ARC, every now and then, lowers its volume by itself to 15. We don't have a control system, just the TV. Has anyone seen this before? 

how to change the administrator on a Sonos product

I've gone through all the universal control settings on my LG TV and selected optical and Sonos as the manufacturer. I've turned off SIMPLINK (LOL btw) and auto device detection. I've successfully gone through the remote control setup (TV had to be off to get that to work) on the Sonos app. The LG "magic remote" just refuses to work when the TV is on. Why would LG make it specific to the point you can select Sonos as the manufacturer if it just reverts back to RF/WIFI or whatever when the TV is on? I found some trick that if you hold the back and home button for 5 seconds it disconnects the remote smart features, at which point it does actually change the Sonos volume, but then the remote just reconnects when you hit okay. Am i doing something wrong or is this just a lost cause?

Just read a very helpful thread on ERA300’s ceiling mount Vs In ceiling ….. I have the same issue. Probably easier than the OP on that thread. We have a rectangular room. But with a large triangular corner in glass. Long story, looks nice etc but not ideal for placing speakers.The front viewing wall is perfectly symetrical and has just been rewired so TV, sound bar and other components are perfectly centered as is the viewing settee. The viewing settee has a left hand and right hand 2 seater settee perpendicular to the main viewing settee.So everything is front is peachy. But the rear means the ERA 300 RHS would be over the arm if wall mounted. Not ideal. The LHS one not a problem. Can use floor stands but I’m thinking ceiling mounted on a Flexson and use SW in app to invert the sound? The flexson appears have a long reach such that it could be in a proper position in line with the Arc Ultra.This is the Flexson ceiling mount in question. not the prettiest but maybe works.Install is no

Hi all, I currently own the Sonos Arc Ultra and I am looking to add rears and sub to my living room set up.I mainly watch Anime, Netflix original series and amazon prime movies. I will play music occasionally.For the rears, I am torn between the Era 100s and 300s as my room layout is asymmetrical (one side is closer to the wall and the other leads to the hallway and rest of the house). My sofa is against the wall as well because my living room is small.For the sub, I am torn between the Sub 4 and the Sub mini.Assuming budget is not a concern, which set-up would give me the best audio experience (clear sounds and dialogue etc)?
