Radio France and its many substations (Musique → La Baroque is the one I used to listen to) is no longer reachable on my Sonos (S1). )   Any advice from other users?  Still comes in beautifully on my Imac via Google Chrome but unlike  my Sonos this is not connected to my stereo system.

Hey need some help, my Sonos system won’t register to app, I have a bear gen 1 and sub gen 3. I have update wifi, tried resetting system, factory reset. Still I can’t connect to my exciting system 

my sonos arc keeps having problems with stuttering audio, it’s cutting out at random times,this is really annoying, everytime I'm watching a program at random points, you can hear the audio cutting out for like half a second, I have an LG tv, and the soundbar has been connected through HDMI,i also have a optical audio output/input but i was told that for me to benefit from Dolby Atmos I should keep my Sonos Arc connected through HDMI instead of optical. thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi as per title - Is anyone having problem with Apple Music Recently Added? I'm getting Something went wrong. Try again.I normally use this ‘feature’ a lot I add new music in Apple Music app and then switch to Sonos to play it. I’ve been away a few days and just got back and I’m now getting this error. Everything else is OK. I tried removing and re adding service but same error. I’ve log the problem with Sonos support. Thanks

I have the PC App: Version 17.2.2 Build 90068190 and iPhone App Build: 83.01.11 - Most of my SONOS hardware is on Version 18.2 (build 94175110) with the exception of the BOOST Version 17.2.4 (build 86675110) and the Guest Playbase Version 17.2.4 (Build 86675110).Does all of the SONOS hardware have to be at the same version level?

Does anyone else have problems playing Spotify through Sonos arc ultra and surrounds with sky glass, I’ll be playing music and it’s cuts out to TV even though TV isn’t on? 

Last night my Sonos One stereo pair stopped working while playing Sonos Radio. They show up in the app and both show they are connected to my WiFi with a string connection. I tried rebooting and can’t seem to play music through them. All my other Sonos components are working fine. Really frustrating. 

Since I downloaded the iOS update, S1 no longer works. 

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Sonos Beam (Gen 2) randomly disconnecting from WiFi, and I can’t figure out why.Here’s what’s happening:- After rebooting, it connects to WiFi normally- But after about 1–3 days, it loses the connection- When that happens, it completely disappears from both AirPlay and the Sonos appOn my router:- It still shows up in the DHCP client list (so it had an IP assigned)- But it does NOT appear in the active client list anymoreThings I’ve already tried:- Set a DHCP reservation (static IP)- Separated 2.4GHz / 5GHz SSIDs (Beam is on 2.4GHz)- Disabled Smart Connect- Restarted both router and Beam multiple times- Factory reset the Beam and set it up againSome extra context:- It always works fine right after a reboot, so initial connection seems fine- The problem is that it can’t maintain the connection over time- I’d prefer to keep using WiFi (wired connection isn’t an option in my setup)Has anyone seen something like this before or knows what might be caus

I have a Samsung sound bar and subwoofer Bluetooth… I was hoping to pair a couple era 100’s to broaden my Samsung surround system for a large family room. Can they be paired to the Samsung soundbar which is paired via Bluetooth to the Samsung tv?

Hi all I’m getting an arc ultra for my tv set up , so my existing beam 2 becomes redundant in tv room , and i want to move it to existing other room that has currently 100 stereo pair + sub mini .  this is just  music, nothing is hooked to hdmi - I’m really Not sure how to set up correctly .  thanks 

I have upgraded my broadband with a new router provided by Vodafone. I had to reconnect my Sonos system to the new configuration/wifi name. Majority of Sonos connected without any issues, mini sub and two play ones used as surrounds are proving to be as stubborn as it’s possible to be. The play ones can be added as normal to the surround option and then after 15 seconds become disconnected and have to be factory reset in order get them to connect to the system again. Same with the Sub only it says it’s been “added to my system but might not show up, if so unplug and plug in and continue in settings” needless to say this does nothing, it doesn’t show and is not connected. The sub will connect only if I connect direct to the router with a cable but as soon as the cable is removed the sub disconnects. I’m going round and round in circles and getting absolutely nowhere. I’m registered in the developer portal (integration.sonos.com) and successfully registered integration app.   When we tried to login to the Developer Portal yesterday and also connect to api.sonos.com., we getting a login error on of our Sonos accounts saying that are “email or password are incorrect, please try again”.    I reported it already to the 24/7 support agent, but seems I am the first reporting the issue yesterday and also sent  detailed email to developer-feedback@sonos.com - even if it occurred already an hour ago and is still ongoing.    It appears like a misconfigured Okta config on the developer site (getting started link) and the api.Sonos.com pages. Do others experience same issue, or does the login or account registration or password reset on developer.sonos.com / integration.sonos.com work for you?

i want to say as an avid sonos user, where i have 20+ items across multiple locations, the app still has a lot to be desired. just an hour ago, i purchased a brand new sonos amp and attempted to set it up wireless on my network. the app failed to connect to the amp and when it finally did, the amp was added but i got the dreaded message that the amp won’t be found until it is rebooted. multiple reboots and multiple resets and i still couldn’t get the amp to add. only when i physically plugged in an ethernet cable did the amp setup and begin a software upgrade process.this should be a simple basic process to add an item wirelessly. years later this app still struggles to add devices cleanly. all that and i'm not even mentioning the constant software glitches i get trying to use spotify connect with a sonos amp. it connects 1/3 of the time and when it does, i get lucky if a song plays on lossless without stopping somewhere inbetween. note my router is 10 feet from the amp. coincidentally

My Sono arc sound bar keeps make a sound like a water drop. How do I fix this?

I recently purchased a stereo pair of Fives, and a couple months back a stereo pair of Era 100s.   I first noticed the issue on the Fives that Trueplay had turned off (not by me and I am the only one using the app, etc) and the EQ settings had gone to 0 and loudness off also.  Then I noticed this was also happening on the Era 100s., but no other speakers throughout the house, and there are a few.  At a suggestion by someone on reddit, I factory reset the Fives and set everything back up again yesterday (set the two as stereo pair, performed trueplay, set the eq and turned loudness on).  Today, the same issue occurred.  Trueplay was off, EQ back to 0, and loudness off.  WTH!?  Kind of annoying.  Is anyone else having this issue?, because to me it seems like an issue with the app,. and I really, really hope not a hardware issue since, of course, I dropped a good buck for these speakers.

Suddenly the SONOS S2 app on MAC OS Sequoia 15.7.3 when it starts it spends 5 - 6 seconds searching for the sonos network. Then announces my Firewall settings need changing. Funny as the firewall is turned off on this particular laptop. Anyway it eventually gets past this and then announces the app needs an update. Hit the search for updates button, funny as there are no updates. What the hell is going on with this piece of junk? Maybe unrelated but when playing across multiple devices, some devices go quiet for upto a minute then continues. No indication of issues and at least one device continues playing without issue.  

Hi - I’ve been using Echo Dots for years to control my many Sonos devices.  I have set up groups in the Alexa app, so I don’t have to say the room / group name each time.  So I could say ‘Alexa play Rumours’ and it would play on the Sonos in the room I was in.  I could also say ‘Alexa volume up’ and this would be applied to the correct Sonos speaker. All as expected.I now have Alexa Plus.  The first command, above, works as before.   But now any command to change volume is applied to both the Echo device and the Sonos device.  I now have to specify the room name to ensure volume is only applied to the Sonos speaker.  so I just want to check if this is now the new expected behaviour or not?  many thanksAndrew

Is anyone else having an issue with the SiriusXM not showing up as an available service within the Sonos app? I have IPhone 16 and all apps/iOS are updated. I have also noticed that others services like “I Heart” and “Pandora” aren’t on there either. Not really caring about those, but would like to be able to not have to AirPlay it. 

I don’t like the default voice for Sonos voice control - Is there any way to change it? Having only one option (and it being only a male option) is not a great experience.

.: Hello, I have a Sonos Arc soundbar and 2 Sonos One SL speakers in my living room. They can receive sound from my OLED flatscreen tv. I’ve had the One SL speakers for >1 year, and have never had a problem with them until now. Simply put, they will not broadcast any sound. I’ve tried all the “solutions” found on various Sonos Help Pages, and nothing has worked, I have rebooted my router, I have unplugged and plugged in each SL speakers, and I have deleted the speakers from my Sonos App and then reintroduced them, complete with having to walk around my living room, moving my arm up and down, as the speakers played the repeating pulsing sound until the growing circular line on the app was complete.
