Could the red light flashing on the Sonos Move be from my speaker not being used for nearly 2 yes? Maybe a permanent battery fault?

I’d be tempted to also call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

It’s very possible that the battery has locked out, but let it charge for a while. Here are the status light notices. Also make sure that your charger is appropriate.
