Sonos Era 100 SL no longer showing up under "Devices" in Spotify

I have a stereo pair of Era 100 SLs in my living room that were previously linked to Spotify. It was great, I could seamlessly connect to my phone or computer to the Sonos and not have other audio come through, just whatever was playing in Spotify. Within the last 2 weeks, the Sonos speaker doesn’t show up under devices anymore. I have tried everything, and it’s driving me nuts that no matter what I do, I can’t get these speakers to show up under my devices in Spotify anymore. I don’t like connecting via bluetooth because then anything I look at on my phone with audio interrupts the music. And it’s also just extra steps to connect the speakers to bluetooth and then go back into Spotify and connect to the speakers via bluetooth. PLEASE help me fix this, I have tried literally everything from toggling on and off certain settings like Authentication or Local Networks within both the Sonos app and Spotify app, to factory resetting the Sonos app and my speakers and re-adding them as new. NOTHING WORKS. PLEASE HELP.

Resetting the App is fine but avoid reseting the speakers.

Can't help  with Spotify.

Noted. I reset the app a bunch before I tried resetting the speakers, and it didn’t work. It was a last-ditch effort.

Since it’s an issue with Spotify, you may want to contact their CS. Sonos would be able to help if the devices aren’t showing up in the Sonos app, but if they are, and you’ve rebooted the router and the speakers, there won’t be much Sonos will be able to do. Unfortunately, Sonos doesn’t have access to the Spotify code, they merely wrote the API for being folded in.

If I were to guess, there’s a network issue causing your Spotify app from ‘seeing’ the Sonos, but that’s just a guess.

Always best to contact Sonos support  before wiping the important diagnostic data with the factory reset. With less to work with they are not able to provide a response tailored to your system.

If you recreate the original issue it may repopulate the diagnostic data, worth trying and submitting a diagnostic before calling support.
