replace some components in my Sonos Five and Sonos One

I need to replace some components in my Sonos Five and Sonos One speakers, specifically the woofers, tweeters, and the cable connection/input ports.

Have you ever carried out this type of repair or component replacement?

I would prefer to rely on authorized Sonos service and would like to know whether these repairs can be carried out and how I should proceed.

First talk to Sonos about warranty or after warranty replacement options. If you haven't opened the cases they might be able to help.

What happened to the speakers to need the repairs?

Sonos doesn’t authorize any repair services, or offer them internally. You’ll need to either DIY, or go with an unauthorized provider.
