If you are seeking assistance how about providing more information such as what product is the Sub Mini bonded to? What source are you listening to? How big is room? Have you tried TruePlay tuning?
Those are just a few as there are many variables that can affect low-end response. My Sub Mini’s work perfectly.

Location of a Sub in a room can also make a difference.Â

To say “weak base” (which I assume means weak bass?) without a comparison is quite meaningless.Â
