I recently set up Sonos save to my 5 cd changer . Worked wonderfully and was loving it . But now my cd system shows it’s playing the track on the cd but the music won’t play . The speaker is on and I have rebooted each. Still nothing !! Help ???

I have a Sonos play:one and a Vodafone ultra 7 hub. It was recently firware upgraded/reset and now none of my Sonos devices are able to connect to it yes I’ve tried with a ethernetyes I’ve tried reading the Sonos documentation on newrouter set up. none of this works. I’m losing my mind and have two very expensive and currently useless Sonos speakers.

Play 1 has no surround sound. App saying it’s not registered. When done as instructed, same message appearing

I have a recurring error trying to pair my Sonos bean (gen 2). It also is not producing sound out connected to the tv. The beam is connected to WiFi by Ethernet and to the TV by hdmi arc

I’m thinking about upgrading my old Play:1 speakers that I’m using for surround sound on our entertainment center.  I’m considering ERA 100 and ERA 300.  Be interested in anyone’s experience with such an upgrade to either product.

Just bought a beam 2, I’m curious as to what others have found works best in terms of the height channel settings for Dolby Atmos? I know it will be subjective based on individual space (ceiling height etc) but keen to hear what others more experienced than me have found is a good place to start, also does the height setting matter if playing non dolby atmos content? I can't say I’ve heard a difference?

We recently moved not a new home and had several Sonos products up and running on our new Wifi network.Today we added an Eero, and all the systems couldn't be found. I was able to add the Arc + sub + surrounds, but not if I try factory reseting any other speaker, it says the speaker wasn't added to the system and recommends unplugging and plugging back in. This does nothing. So we can't add anything currently. Is my best option to create a new system and factory reset everything? Thanks.

1. Apple Home and Apple TV integrationI would like the Arc Ultra to fully appear in Apple’s “TV & Speakers” controls. When music is playing directly on the Arc, the song, artwork and playback controls should also appear automatically on the Apple TV’s Now Playing screen. 2. Optional Apple TV playback with Hey SonosI would like an option for Hey Sonos to launch Apple Music directly on the Apple TV instead of playing through the Sonos music service. This would turn on the Apple TV, show the music on screen and send Dolby Atmos audio to the Arc Ultra through HDMI eARC. Direct playback on the Arc should remain available because it starts much faster.

I am baffled that Sonos claims they include Bluetooth in the ERA 100, I have yet to get it to work with either a FiiO BAT 30 or a Sennheiser BT100.  Sonos tech support on this issue is all over the place with no real answer. Just feel like selling everything and going with Denon or someone else

Is the latest SONOS controller compatible with Apple Silicon?  Every time OSX gets updated the SONOS app turns to crap.  I’ve reinstalled it several times and rebooted my router. The OSX app still won’t see my products.

As of today I am bang up to date with all updates. My issue is playing Spotify through Sonos I cannot delete the track that I have played. I used to be able to delete the queue but can’t find it anymore?

My two move sonos are setted up as pair of stereo by themselves in a room . Im trying to turn on truplay on the app , and it ask me to turn on the microphones to be able to use trueplay , the issue is when I touch the microphone on each speaker finically  nothing happens , they stay off, microphones don't light up , then im not able to use truplay. ( just as reference,  before I was able to turn them on ) this issue is recent .

For several years I've been enjoying my Sonos system at home and my cottage. When going to the cottage, I pack my two Roams and oncr I set them up originally on my cottage wifi, they would  connect upon power up. Lately, the Roams are not found on the cottage wifi and I have had to factory reset them and set them up. Then I have to do the same when I return them home. This is getting tiresome and I think it should be easier than this. Any ideas?

Hey, I’m not sure when this update passed, but in the last two weeks the circle at the end of the sound  that you would grab is gone. Now it’s a thin line that seems extremely hard to grab. I almost never am able to change the volume on the first or second try.

I used Apple Music in the Sonos app this morning just fine. Tried to use it again this evening and got the dreaded “Something went wrong” message (seems this has been going on for years). I tried removing Apple Music and re-adding/re-authorizing, still not working. Any ideas out there?

I’ve just replaced the soundbar in our RV with my Beam Gen but am having problems with the sound dropping out intermittently.  The TV that came with the RV isn’t great and too small anyway, so I’m thinking to just replace it rather than try to troubleshoot. What capabilities should I be looking for when researching a new TV so the Beam works properly.  I will not have WiFi so I cannot use the app.

Sometimes my Sonos App loses my Arc Ultra and I have to use the option inside the app to re-find my hardware. There is a button inside my Sonos app which cites the name of my home WiFi network and prompts me to look for Sonos hardware on the aforementioned home WiFi network. The search successfully identifies my Arc Ultra and goes through the reconnection process. OK, fine so far. But the problem which eventuates is that the Sonos App asks me to check to see that the < and > touch buttons on my Arc Ultra are flashing and for me to press them.Unfortunately neither button flashes and it is completely unresponsive to any physical contact. So basically my Sonos is disabled. The only workaround I’ve found is to do a full factory reset and setup the Arc Ultra from scratch. This setup process works because it does not ask me to check the < and > buttons are flashing and touch them: it uses a chime to detect the Arc Ultra and then completes the setup process from there. Can Sonos ple

Sometimes when turning the LG OLED TV I need to go to the TV setting and select a different sound setting, then return and select Optical Cable in order for Playbar1 to work. This happens even though the settings of the TV initially when powered on are recognizing the Optical Cable setting. why does this sometimes happen?

After I setup my era300 I the add surround they go missing in app

System update was run (version 86.8-7820) in sonos app S2, after the update, my two play3 speakers (stereo mode) lost base and now these are sounding like ordinary speakers. Sonos has not kept any provision in their S2 app to rollback to earlier version (version before the update). Please suggest if it is possible to restore earlier version by any other means.

Hi allSearched and found closed topics.Wanted to find out whether the issue of setting an alarm and not being able to add a Group has been fixed? So I set an alarm with a station, choose a speaker (eg my Move stereo pair) and choose “Include Grouped Rooms” but it fails to also then play on my Beam which is part of this Group under “Groups”. If I set two alarms they are out of sync. Any advice? thanks

As mentioned pretty much every morning when I am up watching the TV(Samsung recent model) the sound drops out. A power on and off fixes it every time. All connections are stable and firm but it keeps happening. I only upgraded from a similar setup with an old player, connected the same way that never had an issue. The Arc is directly connected to the TV via HDMI, my old set up was optical. I have done some research but no avail so would appreciate any help.

Whilst i was away on holiday my son asked my why i was playing music via my sonos play 1 stereo speakers ? - i was in Mauritius and home is in EnglandI replied that i couldnt as i was not on the wifi it turns out my pest of a daughter who was a mile away from my home was able to do this. she was not connected to my wifi and in fact was connected to her own wifi [which is not linked to mine].The Sonos play 1 stereo pair was showing up in her spotify so she pestered my son with it.Then it turns out middle child who lives 13  miles away [she was not connected to my wifi and in fact was connected to her own wifi [which is not linked to mine]  was able to also do the same  How can this happen? How do I prevent her from doing it again cos she’s a pest and will ?

I wonder what is the best placement for 2x era 300 for surround. Tv has to be in the place it it. I wonder if this is the most optimal placement? Any tips

Hello ,  Everytime I open the sonos app , it asks me to update. And it is not via the android playstore , but I need to download it from the sonos website and install it.  It is not something I want  on all phones from the family. How do I revert back to the “normall” sonos app on android , and if a update is neccesary , family members can easily update via the playstore. Thanks, Cor
