My two move sonos are setted up as pair of stereo by themselves in a room . Im trying to turn on truplay on the app , and it ask me to turn on the microphones to be able to use trueplay , the issue is when I touch the microphone on each speaker finically nothing happens , they stay off, microphones don't light up , then im not able to use truplay. ( just as reference, before I was able to turn them on ) this issue is recent .

Check to see if you have auto-trueplay enabled. Shouldn't disable the mike button though.

Often a network refresh / reboot will clear things up.
Completely power down all Sonos.
Reboot router and controller.
Wait for the router to stabilize and power up your Sonos.

Not sure I understand what ‘finacally’ means.
Just to be certain, you’ve turned on the touch controls for the speakers in the controller? It sipouldnt be a connected issue, but best laid plans and all that. These two Sonos Moves are connected to WiFi, correct? You have a (any) voice assistant installed?
Are you trying to use the iOS version of TruePlay, or the ‘Quick’ version of TruePlay?
Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it?
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

As Airgetlam mentioned… Look in Settings → Your System, select your stereo pair of Moves, scroll down to Hardware and make sure Status Lights and Touch Controls are both turned on/enabled.
I don’t think (the operative word there ) that it should affect the mic button. I believe that the mic is on a separate electric system so it can’t be influenced by that setting…but I’ve been wrong before….and it is indeed worth a shot.
