A call to Sonos Support (Sonos Support) might be a good next step. They should be able to get you up and running.

Did you run the TV Setup in the Sonos app?

Are you using the Sonos cable? Not all HDMI cables support ARC.

Unplug TV and Beam from power for a couple minutes then plug in tv and wait for it to be ready and plug in the Beam.

As above but whole powered down u plug any other HDMI connections before powering th3 TV back up.

I have a recurring error trying to pair my Sonos bean (gen 2). It also is not producing sound out connected to the tv.

The beam is connected to WiFi by Ethernet and to the TV by hdmi arc

“pair” isn’t a term we use when setting up a Beam 2. It would help if you said what the “recurring error” was. This might help you get it set up: Set up your Sonos Beam

It that doesn’t work, try to be more specific about the problem you are having.

The error that occurs is the device never completes connecting to Sonos account
