My sonos app isn't picking up any of my sonos products, tried all the usual stuff with no luck?

I've spoken to tech support about this over a year ago, but see no progress in correcting the problem.When selecting ALL channels in  SiriusXM,  Sonos only shows those channels in your library within your Siriusxm account, and even that list is not 100% accurate.When selecting ALL channels, you should see a list of ALL SiriusXM channels, as you see when logged into the Siriusxm app. 

Hello everyone, My family currently using alexa to voice control our music that is hosted through plex on our local plex ubuntu server, though unfortunately we are loosing that feature in a couple days and I have been experimenting with sonos and SVC to try and find a alternate.  I have done a bit of creeping and have seen many post referencing that you can convert your plex music or use your local library to make sonos playlist that then can be used to play music through SVC. I have had limited luck getting things working by following these forum posts and was wondering if something has changed?  My system is set up with a shared drive over my network with Samba. I did have to open up my connection to SMB2 - 3 which was originally shared with just SMB3 for my plex server to get Sonos to link with my music library in the sonos app. Though I got it all up and running and everything works perfectly in the android app except voice control. My problem is when I try and make sonos playlist

i recently purchased the sonos arc ultra and era300 speakers to create a home theater system when grouped together i get sound from the arc speaker and one of the era 300 the right rear but no sound from the left, if i disconnect all of them from the grouping i get sound out of all of them but loose dolby atomos effect

I had to restart/setup my Roam after changing WiFi network. I went through the factory reset process and everything was connected and set up and my password worked and I got Spotify pulled up in the app, but it won’t play the music.?

I changed Wi-Fi networks and managed to connect my play three with a bridge, to my S1 app. Now it won’t connect for some reason and I think I need to reset the play three with or without the bridge I don’t know. So I can re-connect the play three to the S1 app. I have an S2 app for my Romi in another part of the house, when I try to open the S1 app it tells me to use the S2 app. that would change the two profiles I have for the separate speakers.

I recently bought several speakers, including the Arc ultra, sub 4, and 2 era 300s. I have those working together in a group for my home theatre, but I would also be able to play music from my phone, and exclude the arc. Is it possible to have a tv setup, and a separate music setup?

Im losing my mind over this issue. Its been several hours per day for four days including with Sonos support and no luck. I have a new Arc Ultra connected to a new Sony Bravia 8 II television via the TV eARC port using the HDMI cable included with the Arc Ultra. I have read for hours and tried everythign I read to get sound to come out of the arc ultra. Ive tried many different Sonois app and TV settings and different combos and many, many reboots of both products. I do not have any other HDMi or other port being used on the TV.  Sonos support say I need an eARC to HDMI adapter?? What is this? The support tech seemed to get annoyed when I was asking anythign about the adapter. All my research shows the tv and soundbar are eARC as is the HDMI cable included with the Arc Ultra. I dont see any adapters online, only extractors which seem to only be used if one of the products is not eARC. Anyone using the arc ultra with a Sony Bravia 8 II?Or, anyone who understands why I would need an extr

I just want to check before installing the newer Beam Gen 2 that I have the steps correct, my current setup is Beam Gen1 with play:1 speakers as rears and a sub mini. I will be selling the Gen 1 beam once it's replaced. 1. Remove rears and sub from 'Living Room'2. Remove Beam and factory reset or transfer ownership? 3. Add new Gen 2 beam to 'Living Room'4. Re-add rears and sub to 'Living Room'Please let me know if I've missed anything or if there is a simpler way of doing it.Thanks, Andy. 

Hi,so I finally solved my Sonos troubles with sound via FuryHD Vrooom. Well spent 600 bucks.  Now the whole family would like use the setup.  Source is Apple TV or Panasonic UB9000. Projector is JVC NZ7.  So no ARC or eARC. Parents do not have smart phone. They are literally sending me SMS to change the volume if I am out of cinema room.  How to control Sonos volume without smartphone with HD Furt instead of eARC?

When using the Sonos app on ios i have been unable to add imported playlists to the queue. I can add individual tracks from an imported playlist, and i can add all tracks from an artist, album etc. it’s just imported playlists. I can however add imported playlists via the web app and the app on Windows and OSX. The imported playlists are part of an xml file exported from Apple Music. I know I have previously been able to do this. Any thoughts?

Hi All, I have a very mixed Sonos system and is used mostly for listening to the radio around the house. My problem is that the audio drops out for a few seconds every five minutes when listening to radio stations through all the radio apps I can find on the music service page. However, if I listen to music on either Apple Music or tidal there are zero problems - rock solid!!i always keep software up to date and yes I’ve done the turn everything off including router and what must be a dozen or so tries. My WiFi is rock solid and I have fibre 600/600 so no speed issues

The Sonos app on an Amazon Fire tablet running Fire OS version 7 has limited capabilities. When you open the Sonos app you get the comforting message “App features are limited … Update your mobile devices OS to access all app features”. (Playback is still supported, so that is great!) This is in spite of the fact that Sonos Support appears to indicate that Fire OS 7 is, in fact, a supported OS (https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/sonos-app-requirements). Does anyone know if the Sonos app is FULLY supported on Fire OS 8? Wondering if a new Fire tablet is in order (if OS 8 is supported) or if I need to move to a different product line entirely for my tablets.

I have a Beam and plan on using two Era 300s to create a surround sound group for my tv setup. My question is I have an existing turntable that is playing through a Sonos Five. Am I able to connect the five through the beam and era 300s to play my turntable through the house? Or once they are setup as surround sound am I unable to do that?

Good morning, everyone.I’m hoping to get some insight from the group regarding Atmos soundbars. Specifically, how much the driver firing angles actually impact real‑world Atmos performance in a built‑in entertainment center. Quick backstory:  My wife wanted a renovation that involved removing a window and building a full wall entertainment center. I wasn’t exactly thrilled, but we compromised.  She got me to build her entertainment center, and I get to upgrade my classic entertainment setup. current Sonos setup: Playbar, One SLs, and a Gen 1 Sub.With the new entertainment center came the “need” for a new TV, so we installed a 75” Sony Bravia 9 to replace the old 950G. The cabinet opening for the TV and Playbar provides 16" of vertical clearance from the bottom (above the fireplace) to the bottom of the TV. Hi, I'm trying to remove some Play 1 speakers from my system but the option is not available in the app. I can find where to remove my Beam and Era 100s but no option is available for the Play 1s. Thanks in advance for any help.

Please share any eArc hdmi splitters that worked for you. Everyone was talking about Arkana, I’ve tried it, payed 400 usd with taxes, then spent several weeks trying to fix sound interruptions, changed tons of cables, trying all recommendations, but had to give up on that one and now looking for other options.There are plenty opt of hdmi splitters on Amazon, so would be great if anyone had success with any and will recommend.Thank you!

Hi, I was considering the SONOS stands for the era 300 pair. However My ceiling is 10ft. Are these stands too tall? I currently have one sitting on a low surface and it sounds amazing. Getting a second.  Also it was recommended in their instructions to put it 8-10ft a part. I was originally hoping 4.5 ft guess this will be too short. Any advice? Should I go for the regular stands. Will I still have good immersion from Atmos Music?

I was sold a bill of goods by Sonos that I had to buy the arc to buy their Sonos ace headphones.  What a mistake.  Everyday it’s a struggle to pair the ace with the arc.  It never works until I try to push the button a dozen times before it connects.  Tonight I just spent an hour and finally gave up.  Just an awful product.  The strange thing is I vacationed in Florida for 4 months.  The headphones hooked right up to a regular tv as I never had a problem.  You turn the tv on and in 3 seconds the headphones work.  Now I’m back home with the arc and pushing that button with the audio swap is an absolute nightmare.  If you’re thinking of buying - resist and go elsewhere.

I’ve had my Beam 2 connected to the ARC port of my TCL 65S425 for a while without issues and then I broke everything and can’t fix it. The volume controls for my universal remote were really slow and didn’t always work at all, so I decided to set up the remote with the Beam over IR. Seemed to work fine for a little bit - I don’t seem to have a way to make the TV stop responding but it didn’t really matter. Then maybe just a few days in, it started resetting the volume to 15. Restarted, unplugged, etc., the TV and the Beam several times in different orders and looking through every menu I could find for help and nothing. I couldn’t find a way to undo the remote setup. Eventually I decided to do a factory reset on the Beam, and it’s still there blinking green at me like a demonic sob. It’s still in my app as ‘Not Connected’ and I don’t see a way to actually wipe it AND when I click Add Speaker or Component, nothing happens. Also I have a sub mini which now says Speaker Missing From Room

My home theater setup is Philips 55inch tv, Ultra Arc, sonos Sub and 2 era 100 speakers for the rear. Since the problem with the arc and apple tv working together with atmos with my 10 year old tv, Im looking for a replacement for my tv. I have had it with resetting all the time for good sound. Only…..every where I look there seem to be a problem with the Arc and the Apple TV together for using Atmos and sound in general.  Is there a recommendation for a good 4k tv where they all work together smoothly?
