I am not able to connect sub mini to arc . It sees sub mini but says I need to assign to room then says it's not connected. I've reboot everything, removed all devices and changed channels. Please advise, thanks

Is your Arc connected via Ethernet with Wifi turned off? If so, you need to turn its Wifi on, the sub will not connect without the Arc Wifi turned on.

Once you have your Arc set up go to settings and the Arc's Room, you should see an option to add the Sub there.
No it's not connected and never was connected via Ethernet cable. It's is actually sitting about 5 feet from the arc. I've reset everything including my router serval times but the sub mini will still not connect when I try to add it. Thanks for any suggestions.
