sonos 1 has no sound
Play 1 has no surround sound. App saying it’s not registered. When done as instructed, same message appearing

The Play 1 doesn't do surround alone, it must be bonded to a soundbar for that.
Tell us about your system and maybe with more information someone can help. If not then calling support that has that information would be best.
