ERA 300 speakers not connecting to new Three 5G router

Hello

reaching out for help with issue with connecting my two ERA300’s to a new 5G router from THREE.

I have sent off as a last resort for an adapter to connect my router with and ethernet cable to my speaker one at a time

do you think this will resolve the issue ?

Call support and talk with them, this doesn't look promising but may be old
