We have an ARC Ultra installed along with a SUB and AMP. The ARC, every now and then, lowers its volume by itself to 15. We don't have a control system, just the TV. Has anyone seen this before?

Is it a permanent drop, or does it return to your original setting? I’m wondering if you have a voice command module, that might be falsely recognizing a ‘wake’ word.
I’d be tempted to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, Sonos’ lawyers get sensitive about GDPR, I suspect. They should be able to see where the volume drop command is coming from.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
