Can I achieve Atmos setup with the following set of in-wall/ceiling speakers with one Sonos Amp?One Pair of KEF Ci200RS-THX One Pair of KEF Ci200RR-THXDo I need Sonos Arc Ultra for this?

I had the S1 app for many years - all was working fine with Alexa. I could ask Alexa to play “x” on “y” room.I upgraded some of my Sonos ecosystem - but couldn’t afford to upgrade all to S2 app compatibility. Therefore I have 3 speakers on S1 and the rest on S2. But that seems to have created a problem where all Sonos elements show as ‘online’ on the list devices page - but when I click into each speaker/amp/etc - they are all offline. I have only linked the S2 system with Alexa.I have completed the steps below: Turned off phoneApp versions - up to dateDisabled enabled skill in AlexaRemoved and added speaker to Alexa appAdded Alexa skill in sonosReset networkTurned everything off and on Diagnostic data  ****************** Given that I’ve spent a few hours to get something that I use maybe once a day - is it worth pursuing?Thanks. Moderator Note: Recorded and removed Diagnostic number. Since Sonos Voice Control was released, it has responded to 100% of my first command after saying “Hey Sonos”. (Unless of course I asked it something it couldn't do, that's on me, not it)  However, while it’s sitting there in “Follow up/Continued Conversation” mode? It never EVER registers my second command.For example. Having music playing then saying “Hey Sonos, Switch to TV Input” CHIME and it does it. Then while the light is still on, I say something like “Volume Thirty Percent” or “Set Volume To Thirty Percent” and after I’m done the light goes out and nothing happens. EVER.But if I say “Hey Sonos” for both commands? It has the audacity to tell me that I don’t need to say Hey Sonos each time……. 😒This has been like this since it launched. Over 3 years now. I believe sonos voice assistant hasn't been updated since 1.1 (Will be three whole years in Feb) Anyone Else?

I changed my email and logged in with my wife’s, for 10 days I listened to any South African radio station. A week back out of the blue I was unable to stream anything but uk stations excluding all other international radio stations. So please do not tell me it is not blocked by Sonos. I have 5 speakers on the Sonos 2 controller standing there like white elephants. Why can google stream foreign radio stations, and not sonos. We invested large sum of money in systems that are useless. Why are the international facilities available but not functional?I spent 4 hours on a live chat to US yesterday just to finally tell me I need to call UK they will look into it?

I cannot get the studio pair of era 300’s to work in conjunction of the existing theater system

Trying to play music from itunes on my pc through my Sonos Era 300.It would appear itunes is able to identify the speaker, but when selected there is no output.The Era 300 is labelled “Living Room” 

I have a Sonos Boost I'm trying to connect. That connects to the S1 app on my phone just fine. But when I try to connect the sound bar, the woofer and these two side speakers, it just does not connect. I'm hitting play and the plus sign. So it flashes all the speakers flash orange, but the S1 app on my phone does not recognize the system. The S1 app on my Mac also does not recognize other systems. My Boost is recognized just fine. hi i hav also the same issue. and call support.no one in wil  take responsibility in sonos company.so sonos if the company have this forum.and nowbody will action. even CEO.then close sonos community.so Sonos what will you do about this.also the same issue.

Each time I turn on Sonos radio, or change stations, it plays for a minute or so, then jumps back about 20 seconds & repeats what's just played. Just once each time then plays normally.Anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions for a fix??I tried resetting both speakers (One & Roam). Haven't reset modem as I'd then have to set up all other 'smart' things.Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I recently got a new pair of Sonos Ace. I love the listening experience, however, I have received complaints about the sound quality of the mic when in calls.  Given the feedback, I decided to test record a voice memo, (iPhone 16 pro) with both the Sonos Ace and the AirPods Pro 2.  the results are in and they are drastic. The Sonos ace produces a Tin and thin like recording (both in Aware and NC mode) while the AirPods Pro 2 come in bassy and super clear.  My question: Is there a way to improve the mic quality of the Ace or is this headset specifically designed to hear sound only and has mic call as a secondary feature?   

I recently bought an Xgimi projector (optical and hmi e arc) and 120” screen to start improving my at-home movie experience , and now that the image quality is on point , I’m starting to work on a proper audio setup. The problem is that I know nothing about speakers and audio setups :) .Here’s the thing though : my apartment is an attic apartment , the slanted ceiling can be a challenge to work with and , as a result, I only had a single proper rectangular wall on which to install the screen . It also happens to be the wall with the sliding door to the bedroom right in the middle of it . Now that’s not a problem at all for the screen which unrolls right in front of it . But when it comes to sound installation , that makes it impossible to place a soundbar underneath the screen since it would be overlapping the door . I would have to place the soundbar to the side and 50cm off the ground , which doesn’t seem like a good idea (and would greatly limit furniture placement and be quite unsi

I’m getting the Couldn’t play Sonos Radio try again message. How do I fix it?

It always did but went flat whilst i was away and wont reconnect. I used the sonos all to reset the network and rebooted . It still will not show as connected.

I thought all the Apple Music playback issues are resolved since the meltdown. But apparently not. New install of Beam Gen2, when playing back from Apple Music playlist, every 4th song or so it will loose the connection be quiet for 10s and then reconnect and pickup the rest of the song or skip to the next one. Quiet annoying.Beam is connected to very good Enterprise WiFi network, and the TV it’s connected to has no network issues.Is this a latency issue, since I’m not US based? Maybe device trying to use US cloud back-end needlessly? Or something else that isn’t well engineered.Quit disappointed.

Hi all,I tried many time after updating to iOS 26 and wanted to connect with Sonos app to my Sonos play 1. But it does not work and even when I connect cable it works but once I take out the cable again it is gone and not working. Anyone know the issue ? Thanks 

Just seeing if there is anybody else having issues with Apple Music not being updated via Sonos app. It’s been a week now and new music I’ve added to Apple Music is not visible when I open the Sonos app. I’ve done every possible remedy , delete app / re install , re authorise Apple Music , switch everything off and then on again etc. could it be recent iOS updates ? . Issue is on three iOS devices that I use for Sonos . 

Is Tidal better sound quality via Play 1 and 3, playbar and sub than Spotify Premium? If so, how significant is the difference in quality?

I use "Alexa" and my Beam 2 repeats the instruction eg "playing BBC Radio 2" but then it is silent.  I have reconnected to my wifi, reloaded my music services and the sound works fine for the tv. What more do I need to do?

Sonos system with Bridge, Play 3 and Play 5 1st gen. Play 3 can play music library on NAS, if I group Play 3 and Play 5 they can play music library on NAS, but Play 5 on its own gets the message “unable to access….” I’ve done a factory reset of the 5 and reconnected to the network, but still get the same problem.

Hi - I must be missing something, because it’s not even possible that one can’t simply save an existing queue as a playlist!  Right?  So somebody please tell me what I’m missing, must be in front of my face, no? Thanks.

The goal is that when someone accesses the menu on their device, they can stream these audio snippets directly to their Sonos speakers.So far, I’ve tried embedding standard MP3 and AAC audio files using HTML5 audio tags, and even experimented with third-party streaming APIs, but I’m running into several issues: Device Detection: The website doesn’t reliably detect Sonos speakers on the same network. Sometimes the devices show up, sometimes they don’t, even though they are on the same Wi-Fi. Streaming Compatibility: When a device is detected, the audio sometimes plays partially or gets cut off mid-way. My setup has Arc, Sub Gen3, Two Era 100’s, Two Era 300’s  I have an older Arc and a pair of Era 300’s set to the side of the soundbar but I have been getting that annoying pop or crack sound as I’m watching any content. I  have tried a number of things:I have set them as a stereo pair and still that does not work. Popping happens. Reset the speakers. Set them as a separate set and they still pop.  I have restarted my home network and added them back in and nothing is working. Has anyone gone through this or found a solution. Initially the Soundbar and Era’s were all popping but now just the Era 300’s are doing that after I was sent replacements for the soundbar and Era300’s. I’m at my wits end and so angry since these speakers don’t come cheap.
