Is it possible to collaborate with UBT on the TroveMobile music app?There is lots of users with the Trovemobile app in the UBT community and if Sonos can direct link to this I'm sure there would be a lot of Trove users who would purchase Sonos equipment.Many thanksVaughn

HiHave a Sonos Beam Gen 2 and Sub Mini. This is connected to a Sony A8 OLED TV.Have run trueplay on the above on an apple phone.Have read that when watching films or tv that people listen with the volume level set at between 30% and 50%. I can honestly say that the highest level I ever have it is maybe 14% maximum. That's for tv or films.Granted , the room is only average size but would be greatful for any thoughts if the system is set up correctly. Thanks 

I have set all delays to zero on both TV and Sonos. I have set TV to Pass-Thru.  I don’t know what else to do to get rid of sound delay. 

I’m at my wits’ end.    About three months ago my Sonos speakers started disappearing from my app one at a time.   I have about 20 total and now I’m down to three that I can see in the app.    To save everyone’s time responding:No, I did not change my network equipment.    Yes, I have rebooted my modem and router.    Yes, I have reset the controller.    Yes, I have wired one device by ethernet.    Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone.    Yes, I have factory reset multiple devices.   When they reboot the app will have a pop-up that says “Add Sonos:1” (or whatever type of speaker I may be trying to add).    When I click through that it ultimately says, “We couldn’t find any Sonos products on your mobile device’s network so we can’t set up your Play:1.   So the app can see that the speaker is there and ready to be setup upon reboot, but then it won’t work.    So now every speaker that I’ve factory reset and tried to re-add is effectively dead.   This has happened on

Hi, our sonos system consists of 3 play 3 and 2 play 1 units as well as a system of sonos AMP and a Cerwin Vega floor speaker for it. We have so far run it over the Sonos s1 app, but would like to have it for the Sonos 2 app, as we are considering adding a sonos five and a sub. Is it possible that the speakers can all play over the sonos 2 app so that you don't have to have 2 apps? and how do you connect your existing system to Sonos 2 if that is possible?

I have an LG WebOS 55UP8000PUR tv running WebOS 653-47 and the amazon prime video app installed on the tv most current version. regardless of the title selected I am only getting Dolby multi channel PCM 2.0 audio output, no dolby 5.1 or Atmos. My Sonos Arc is conncted to the TV via the EARC port, which is enabled. Digital audio output is set to passthrough. Other TV apps like Peacock will play in other formats depending on the title selected. My Panasonic 4K player will play in Atmos or 5.1, again depending on the title format. My ARC is paired with 2 ERA 300’s and a sub.  I have talked with Amazon support, LG support and Sonos support and each tells me the issue is with one or more of the other products… If I understand correctly the Sonos support said someting about Prime using a Atmos 2.0 vs Atmos 5.0 codec? and this could be what it is not working… I am unsure how to proceed? Dolby atmos or Dolby 5.1 had worked previously with hPrime and I am unsure what changed.  Is there anything

My home entertainment equipment includes LG OLED TV, Sonos Arc Ultra and 2 ERA 100 speakers.  My wife is struggling with hearing issues and has Philips HearLink hearing aids.  Philips has a TV adapter that provides a wireless signal to the hearing aids and works pretty well.The adapter can source content via RCA or TOSLINK optical. I originally thought a Sonos AMP would provide linkage for the hearing aid adapter.  It did for Sonos Radio and anything accessed through the Arc Ultra, but not through the TV.I think I have concluded a HDMI audio extractor is the solution.  My expectations are that it would pass through ARC/eARC audio via HDMI and RCA or TOSLINK optical audio simultaneously.Has anyone experienced a similar situation or have recommendations?

After the latest Iphone update “Your Sources” no longer show up as an option in the Sonos app.  This is how we connect back to the TV once we are finished listening to music.  How do I add “Your Sources” back to the Sonos App?

I recently purchased a Sonos system, and the sound is wonderful.  However, I can not get my streaming music (Spotify) to stay connected.  It will play for up to 30 minutes, and then Sonos is disconnected from my network.  But this does not happen when I am watching TV.  The sound is continuous throughout the time that I am watching my programing.  I have a new modem/router through Spectrum, and I have a Beam, three Era’s and a Roam 2.  This is super frustrating and I was very much looking forward to this system but I am on the verge of returning it.  Please help.

I have tried countless times to get my Sonos Ray to connect to my wifi and while it will connect if I put it into the router via an ethernet connection the moment I move it to the room I want to use it in it doesn’t find the network and won’t work. I am at my wits end with this product. Anyone got any suggestions? thanks

Hi All, I have a complete surround system (arc ultra, sub mini and 2 era 300 speakers.I would like to create a separate group just with the 2 era 300 lo listen to music instead of using the complete surround systemIs it possible to do that? how? Thanks

Hello guys.We have been quite happily living in the S1 world, not seeing a reason to move to S2. However our venerable Home Theatre System has decided to die. So we think that we might replace it with a Beam (our heads won’t less us buy an ARC as we don’t actually watch that much TV). We might need to hit eBay or similar to replace a Gen 1 Connect but that is a minor concern 3 questionsWe have lost track of progress on the S2 App. What features, if any, available in S1 have still not been implemented in S2?  We have pairs of Play3, Play1 and One SL any suggestions as to which we should use as surround speakers? Which? Magazine in the UK doesn’t rate the Beam - can they be safely ignored?Thanks for any thoughts 

I have a lg Evo G5 with everything set on auto on sound settings and HDMI ARC.The Sonos App shows Dolby multichannel PCM 5.1 on a Amazon prime.Should it show Dolby atmos?Is there a test to make sure I have TV/arc ultra set-up properly?

Since upgrading to Windows 11 my Sonos system was no longer recognising my Music Library.Having viewed other support advice, I have set my Wifi network to Private but it still doesn’t work.I removed the existing library and am now trying to add it back but am getting nowhere.I go to Music Library settings and click Add to add a new folder. I then click on browse and choose my music folder (on the same laptop) and then click on Next to add it.This brings up a window headed ‘Adjust file sharing settings’ saying the setup assistant needs to adjust the following 1) add sonos library service to firewall exceptions list and 2) set Windows sleep settings to Never. I click on Next to do this and then get a window asking if I want to allow Sonos to make changes. I click on Yes and it just takes me back to the window to choose my music folder. Nothing has been added.NB I have separately added the Sonos library service to my firewall exceptions list and the Sleep setting is already set to Never.W

SetupSpeakers - Arc with Sub and two play1 surround.latest iOS app the surrounds and sub are disconnected. I cannot remove them in app, When I removed the sub it crashed app (twice).I have now factory reset arc and sub then:1. have added arc (working)2. have added the sub (working)3. two play 1 speakers on system(working)ThenPrompted in app to Add sub to arc… All ok. Connected and success sound.Prompted in app to Add surround, select both speakers, test sounds, select the position…. All ok. Connected and then plays success sounds. Go back into the app… All home theater broken again.  Help? 

HiI have a controller CR200 that I can’t factory reset. I have already done tries stepsTake out the battery and replace it and placed in the cradle - Take out and replace the battery and placed in the cradle while I presse Mute + Home button and slide it down into the cradle, stille pressing the buttons.The controller start up every time, and start looking for a Sonos product. I can see the SETTING in the bottom of the screen but noting happens when I press the button Can anyone tell me how I make a factory reset on it ? Others ideas is also very welcome to fix this ola guy Regards Reidl 

I have a Pro-ject turntable connected to an Era100 stereo pair + Sub mini via the OEM Sonos USB adapter. Audio is passed from the turntable to my setup just fine. The problem: the setting for Line In Source Level no longer has any effect - I can change it from Level 1 → Level 10 with no audible effect. Also, if I change it to anything other than Level 1, if I quit the app then reopen it, the Source Level is back on Level 1. No other Level settings “sticks”. Prior to this, I was using the same turntable and adapter to connect to a Move 2 (months ago). The Source Level control worked just fine then (I had to keep it set to Level 7). Now, several app updates and firmware updates later, it’s not working - I’m not sure when it stopped working.A few people are reporting the same issue on Reddit. Is this a known issue?

First time poster, so not really sure if I’m posting in the right area to share what seems like a bug, but with my Nintendo Switch 2, Sonos Arc + surrounds + Sub mini, and LG C5, running the NS2 test output plays the SW test tone too audibly (IMO) through the Arc. Sonos app correctly shows Multichannel PCM 5.1 and all the other test tones are appropriate, but it seems like the subwoofer audio just isn’t playing from where it should be.

I like to play music from my PC via bluetooth connection over my SONOS system.For that, I connect my SONOS Roam to my PC, then I group my other SONOS speakers (12) with the SONOS Roam.Very frequently, after a while (20-30minutes, or an hour; varies) the sounds starts to drop out intermittently. Sometimes it stops completely, and then I notice the Bluetooth connection between SONOS Roam and PC has been dropped completely.To reconnect them, I typically have to restart the PC or at least put it in sleep mode.Any suggestions, ideas, solutions?Thanks, Miguel 

I have an Arc, Move 2 and Era 300 on my system. The Era 300 periodically pops and  has a little static at times. I’ve tried everything to fix but nothing works. Any suggestions? Sonos could not give me an answer and I’ve been waiting over a week for someone to reach back out to me. 

Hello all.  I have been a subscriber to Apple Music for some time and, if you’ve ever used it, you are aware that the service creates a personal station for each subscriber based on their favorites and listening history.  My issue is that when I stream the station through the Sonos App it bears very little resemblance to the station streamed on the Apple app. It is much more restricted and excludes a lot of music.  Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi I have a playbar with an optic output but my new Samsung TV only has an HDMI output and no optical. I tried connecting the playbar with an original Sonos Optical Audio Adapter with a male optical cord to the playbar and HDMI to hdmi input in the other end for the arc entrance on the TV - but it does not work. Sonos support can not help as they do not have a cord the works between the optical in Sonos and the hdmi in the TV. They say I might need a female optical to connect to the original optical/optical cord - with a HDMI input the other end (playbar male optical to female optical to hdmi to tv) but they do not know it it will work. Any suggestions? 

Hi - I have a large detached garage (48x30) and have a set of Play:3 speakers that I will put one on each end of the garage.Can I have 2 echos strictly for voice control of those speakers in the Sonos system?  Not looking for them to play music.I would like them to be set up with Alexa so my wife can announce to me in the detached that dinner is ready! :)   - all the other Sonos speakers around the house have voice control and it is great to do announcements that go to every room with a Sonos (all three kids included)
