1. How can I create ad-free playlists of various genres? 2. Does Sonos still block playing downloaded music from my iPhone?

For the second time in 5 days Pandora has stopped working.  It was playing and then stopped. Radio stations work and I can play my music library.I spent a lot of time with their chat bot and then a service representative,  which was completely unproductive (yes, my internet was working- all other sonos services were working). After the first instance, Pandora worked the following day. Anyone else having this problem? Ideas for getting Sonos to pay attention?Thank you

I Love my Sonos Ace headphones . The sound quality is so good and they are so comfortable to wear .I use them 3-4 times a week for a year, but have just notice the headphone cushion is lifting on the front. The ear cushions are fine. Are Sonos prepared to set and behind their excelllent product and repair or replace!

I have a system consisting of an arc, a sub and two era 300 speakers .  One day they just disappeared from the app. It says not connected.  I have two other Sonos systems and they work fine.

My current system is a older playbar, 300 stereo, play five, one and a move 2. they all connect well through the app except for the play bar. I’m not able to connect the play bar with the system when I watch TV can you help?

Whenever I look for a particular artist via the Sonos app (through Apple Music) I get “An error has occurred with Apple Music. Try again later”. On the rare occasion an artists albums show up the playlist is empty. I have re-authorized my Apple account, restarted my iPhone and Sonos app. Everything shows up in the Apple Music app. Any suggestions?

I have 2 Era 300 speakers that keep cutting in and out and just wanted to know if i can use an Aux y spliter to connect to both adapters with out having any problems

I have a new arc ultra.  I am trying to add a pair of Fives as surround speakers but they are not available when I go into the app to add surrounds.  I can see two amps that are on my system as options but the Fives are not there.   The Fives are not stereo paired and I did a factory reset on them to add them back to my system.   I can see them in the list of speakers available to play music on but just not to add.   anyone have any thoughts?

When using Apple Music service from the Sonos App, if crossfade its on, between the songs the volume increases very fast to like 100% for half a second. So for me Crossfade its unusable. Also I would love if the sonos app could have more features for the Apple Music service or if music could be played high quality from within the Apple Music app like in Spotify but I think thats on Apple’s behalf.

HiHoping for some advice please. My nephew signed into my Sonos Ray and now it thinks he is the main account holder and won't let me update or adjust volume. He can't remember the details he used…Factory reset my only option? Thank you for reading.

Have 10 Sonos speaker with Arc Ultra, sub and 2 rears in the living room which sound great.  But, when I stream music through the house and change volume, the arc just drops off they group.  Doesn’t happen all the time but it’s annoying.  I was told to go in to my Frame TV sound setting and turn on and off a particular setting and it seems to work for awhile but eventually comes back.  Any suggestions?

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone has seen this before.I have a fairly large Sonos system with multiple Era 300s, Subs, Arc Ultra, Era 100s, Fives, and a Roam. One specific Era 300 is behaving very strangely:The speaker works perfectly when added to a brand-new Sonos household/system. When I add the same speaker to my main Sonos system, it does not identify properly. Sometimes it shows the correct Era 300 image, sometimes it shows a generic/ghost speaker icon. At times the product type (“Era 300”) disappears and only the room name is shown. When I open the speaker page, I don’t get the normal detailed product information/options that my other Era 300s show. Reinstalling the Sonos app did not help. Factory resetting and re-adding the speaker did not help. Renaming the room did not help. The issue only occurs in my main Sonos household. What’s confusing is that the speaker itself appears to be healthy because it works normally in a separate Sonos system.Has anyone experienced:An Era 300 showi

I need 2 different set up to:1.    Listen , stream musicfor immersive and soundstage sound with the 2 era 100 and sub mini2.    Watching ,movies – with arc, 2 era 100 as surround and sub miniPlease advise how to proceed in the app to get best possible sound

Hello Sonos Support,I am experiencing a persistent issue with a Sonos One where onboard voice assistants no longer treat the speaker as the local playback device. The speaker can play music when it is explicitly named, for example:“Play [music/radio] on Living Room”However, when speaking directly to the Sonos One and saying:“Play [music/radio]”the command does not play locally unless I include the speaker name. This previously worked normally. I could speak to the Sonos One and simply say “play [music/radio]” and it would play on that same speaker. The issue affects both Google Assistant and Alexa, so it does not appear to be isolated to one assistant provider.Current behaviour:The Sonos One responds to voice commands. Smart-home commands work, including lights and thermostat control. Music/radio playback works if I explicitly name the speaker. Music/radio playback does not resolve to the local Sonos One when I simply say “play [music/radio]”. Google Home can see the Sonos speaker as a li

Hi, Today Sonos windows controller  indicated that an update was available. I tried to run it, but Smart App Control intercepted and blocked the update from completing. Message was that the publisher could not be verified. Help please.

I got to the part of the procedure that says “press the button on play:5 with the flashing light.”Do I press and hold or just press and release? And it doesn’t really feel like a button. It’s just the flashing light on top of the speaker. If I press on it I get a little tone (I think) and then I release. Should it change color? Nothing happens after that and then I get a message that say “We didn’t detect a button press”

Sonos app is working fine on iOS devices but not on MACOs. Have tried everything recommended by Claude for over an hour. Nothing seems to work.  Keep getting error message about a firewall issue. Claude think it’s a bug with Sonos and Apple not playing nice with Local Network connection networking issues.

I own roughly $2,800 worth of current-generation Sonos hardware:- 9 × Sonos One SL- 1 × Sonos Sub- 1 × Sonos Play:3 All on the same LAN as a self-hosted music server (Navidrome, whichspeaks the Subsonic API). Every one of these speakers is physicallycapable of streaming HTTP audio from that server, and Sonos used tosupport exactly this through the custom music service / SMAPImechanism plus the Sonos Desktop Controller.I would like a supported, first-party way to add my local music serveras a music service on these speakers, without:  - exposing my private music server to the public internet,  - paying for a third-party iOS controller app to do the registration,  - or running discontinued Sonos Desktop Controller software. Here is what I have already tried and why each path is currently blocked:  1. Auto-register via SMAPI from a local bonob bridge on my LAN     (10.0.1.204): the speakers' /xml/device_description.xml is     reachable, but the SOAP registration call to port 1400 is     re

Hi Sonos,I was wondering, now that Apple has allowed 3rd party devices to stream Dolby Atmos over Airplay 2, you were going to add this support to the Sonos speakers.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing an annoying rattling noise with my Sonos Sub Gen 2. The issue happens mostly during movies, especially in low frequency scenes with deep bass. It is less noticeable with music, but still present at times. What I’ve already tried: Factory reset Trueplay tuning multiple times Moving the Sub to different locations in the room Switching connection from WiFi to Ethernet (currently wired) The rattling still occurs regardless of placement or connection method.Has anyone experienced something similar with a Gen 2? Did it turn out to be a hardware issue or was there a specific fix?

My gen1 Roam has become unresponsive. None of the buttons on top respond and the on/off button is also unresponsive and no lights come on. It is kept on the Sonos base charger when not in use (the charger plug supplies 5v, but I can’t tell if the base pad is working). If I plug a charging cable in the rear socket I get a red light at the bottom but none of the buttons respond. If it wasn’t nailed to the perch would it have fallen off?

Is it possible to run the Beam Gen 2 directly from a TV that supports digital audio?  I’ve installed in a location that does not have Wi-Fi.

will it make a diffrence adding a mini sub to my Home Theater set up as I already have arc ultra second gen and 2 Era 100 ?Room Size: 140 Square feetUse for: Movies and Music streaming

We have recently purchased a beam and 2 era speakers. we want the flexibility to play music independently from the 2x era speakers from our phone but we also want to have the beam and era speakers grouped to our TV. Is this possible to have 2 independent Sonos room/systems? thanks
