Request to fix the volume slider hit-box (App feedback)

Please stop the endless UI redesigns and pointless icon color changes (like switching between white and yellow for Night Mode/Speech Enhancement).

Instead, focus on fixing core functionality. Right now, the volume slider box is completely broken — the touch target/hit-box is too small and it doesn't register immediately. It takes multiple attempts just to adjust the volume. This is a critical usability flaw for a premium system. Please fix the volume slider response.

I have many issues with the app, but Sonos has definitely improved the volume slider. In addition to tapping , you can also tap and hold any place on the slider and then slide your finger to adjust the  volume. This approach works very well.

The first part of your post is a feature request…I guess 🤔; if not a rant.

To adjust the volume more precisely tap before or after the “dot” on the slider. The volume will change in 1 degree (step) increments.

You should also note that with a recent change, you can touch anywhere along the slider and move left and right. You don’t need to hit the dot, or tap before/after the dot.

Edit: great minds and all that!
