Adding Arc Ultra to cinema system

My Samsung TV eARC hdmi connection is currently in my cinema processor, allowing theatre sound.

I don’t use it all the time and I’m not happy with the standalone TV sound so I want to add an Arc Ultra.

To get Atmos from the Arc I need to use a eARC connection from the TV.

How do I get my TV eARC connection to feed BOTH the cinema processor and the Arc soundbar?

Looking for solutions that work for others who have encountered this type of issue.

Pretty much giving up on this.

Google states the earc can’t really be split up.

I’ll be returning the two products I have purchased. The Orei and the Feintech. (still waiting on the feintech to arrive).

The product mentioned above by jgatie and also by kdowling is the Orei EARC 201.

I have sent an email to Orei asking if the product can do what I want.

I’m pretty much resigned to just using my TV earc with the Sonos soundbar and forgoing being able to play my TV sound via the cinema system.

If you can look at the product picture for that one, the connectors are clearly labeled “TV eARC IN”, “Soundbar eARC OUT 1” and “Soundbar eARC OUT 2”.

Ok, I’ve had the Orei earc-201 since Friday and finally got it to work successfully last night.

Initial test was with the Arc soundbar in Output 1 and the processor in output 2, this didn’t work, only got sound from the soundbar, nothing via the processor.

I swopped them round last night, with the processor hdmi now in Output 1 and the soundbar hdmi in Output 2 and got sound from my cinema when it was on and when the processor was switched off, then the sound came from the ARC soundbar, exactly as I wanted.

The TV CEC needs to be set to On for the process to work,

when it’s not enabled the TV led on the 201 blinks indicating eARC isn’t active, enabling it within the TV turns the 201 TV led solid indicating eARC is being received.

I confirmed with Orei that Output 1 had priority and they confirmed this.

(note : TV earc hdmi cable goes into the Input 1 socket.)

One slight annoyance, due to ARC, when the TV gets switched on the processor also powers on. I think I can resolve this by turning ARC off within the processor.

One nice little touch Orei provided a US to UK adapter to allow the US unit to work in the UK.

I hope this thread helps someone in the future.
