Why can I no longer thumbs up or down when using Pandora?

Not Pandora but my Amazon thumbs have gone missing on occasion.

Fixes, in order of effort. Force stop the app and restart. Reboot just the router. Power down all Sonos, reboot the router and controller then power the Sonos back up.

Hi! If Pandora isn't showing the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons, try updating the app, restarting your device, and checking whether you're listening in a mode that supports ratings. I also get the thumbs. Haven’t used Pandora in years. Just now tested it. Don’t care for commercials so don’t care for it.
