Missing from all my S2 speakers too. 

Its not missing from my Play 3 in the apps settings.

Have you tried resetting the app or rebooting your phone?

Do you have the latest updates installed? One came out this week, so go to settings and check.

If that does not work, try rebooting your speakers and network.

Play 5 on S2, mine are still there.

Can't check S1 as I have none.

Still there on S1 and S2 here.

It’s back for me now. Not sure when as I’ve been out but no rebooting it just reappears. Very odd

You didn’t happen to run a diagnostic without it, and another with it, perchance?

If you’re still on S1 you might like the free controller I built. Search for MiSonos on github.com. It’s got a full EQ editor with presets and the ability to apply to whole zones at a time.

System updates are set for Auto and current (Correction, System is S2).

Digging deeper into an app I’ve ignored for years revealed the tone controls in a different location.

Note that existing settings for bass is centered @0,  treble is at max, yet sound remains muffled   

Could easily be a placement issue, check by moving your Sub to a new location.

You might have a tweeter problem, try listening to just the tweeter, in the center, and make sure they are working.

Both of mine are still working fine.

For a picture, but Don't open yours until you have called support, opening one removes some good options.
