Har netop fået sat min SONOS ONE op, for at slippe for en Google Assistant i køkkenet. Det viser sig bare, at Google på ingen måde kan finde den nye SONOS ONE og så vidt jeg kan læse mig til, er der ikke tale om et nyt problem - tværtimod!Er der nogen der har haft et lignende problem og løst det - det er jo ikke fordi support fra SONOS ligefrem hænger på træerne.Pft,Rendé

I have a pair of floorstanders that I’d like use in new house but cannot run speaker cable to inconspicuously! There are power outlets already at each location of the floorstandrrs, can I use individual amps , 1 wired to the left flloostander and the other wired to the right floor stander to created a stereo pair- by grouping amps ??? Or by some other manic! 

We all know that the integration of smart assistants in Sonos is botched, but hopefully someone can explain my most recent problem.  everytime I ask Alexa on my Sonos Ones or my Sonos move to play something she replies correctly with “playing xxx from Spotify” and then nothing. If I ask again it works. I’ve tried resetting the voice assistant and tried different music providers with no change. It’s really strange, whatever happens to the first command I wonder?  Anyone else experiencing this?  

I have a pair of Play 1's, Sonos 3 and I've just bought a Sonos Beam to create a surround system with the two Play 1's. I want to add two outdoor speakers (not purchased yet) for two different patios. These speakers I want to use for ambience so I won't need anything high powered. I've seen a ZP90 second hand and wondered if it is worth buying. I don't currently have any other sound system apart from the Sonos I've listed. I thought to buy a mini amplifier from Aliexpress for the two outdoor speakers. My question; is the ZP90 worth buying? Should I instead look at a newer Connect? I see both the ZP90 and Connect aren't supported with the S2 app. Would this mean I would need to use S1 app for the outdoor speakers and S2 for the rest of my system?I don't really want to splash out for the newest Sonos Amp as I don't have a current system and only want it for the outdoor speakers.What are my options?Thanks in advance

(Actually, I changed my previous turntable by this one, thinking that the turntable was involved ...)The problem that I encounter is that the sound saturates on strong voices like Adele or Loreena McKennitt. As soon as the voice increases a little in power, the sound sizzles. I don't have this problem with the digital version of the albums, via Spotify for example. My line input is set to level 2 on AV.So do you have an idea? Why is the quality deteriorating on the input line of the SONOS FIVE?Thank you in advance for your help.Raphael

I want to avoid buying a Sonos Sub. I currently have 2 play one gen 1 and a playbar. If I add 2 sonos fives will it be the same as adding a sub?

Hi,My new Sonos arc, unlike my expieriences to date with previous Sonos products is a nightmare, from setting up onwards.As soon as I channel surf on my satellite TV box, the sound turns off and I have to get my phone, open the Sonos app and turn it back on again.Now it refuses to play music regardless of what I do or try, just says unable to play.Seriously considering sending it back and reverting to my old Sonos connect, as that actually works.Have I got a dud? or is this common? And if so, why would Sonos release such a thing?CheersAdrian 

Currently watching WW1984 on my 2021 Samsung Q7 led with sonos arc. I was trying to figure out if the audio output is displaying Dolby atmos but when I pull up what I’m watching on the Sonos app it does not show up and it has been doing this for quite some time.  

I have a Sony turntable connected to a five speaker.  When playing the turntable through this speaker there seems to be a lot of echo and sound distortion.  I have attached a picture of my setup.  I do have another five in my system and when I stream through that one only sound is great.  I have switched them with one another to see if the speaker was the issue but it's not.  I have also placed the speaker connected to turntable on the floor, further away from turntable and sound is better. I'm wondering if the speaker just needs to be further away or should it work as pictured?  

I recently left my house for a week. Since I came back, I have found that my app does not connect to the speaker after a little bit of inactivity. Unplugging and plugging the speaker gets everything back up and running, but is rather annoying. I submitted a diagnostic. 1208688160 was the reference number. Thanks for any help!

I have the ARC and 2 One(s), all in my Media Room.  I have Alexa on the ARC.  How do I add Google to my One?  When I try to do so, I just see “Alexa Enabled” and I don’t have any other options.  Is it possible to do what I want?

Have beam + 2 play ones as surround . on my new Philips TV every time I switch off by remote so still in standby the next day its reverted to TV speakers . TV saying external source is applied ... I have to unplug TV and start again !

My playbase was working fine but suddenly I could not see it in my app. I tried resetting and now the playbase is flashing green light but I cannot discover and add it in. Can anyone help?

Hello, This is my first post here. I recently bought a new TV, 65” Sony A8H OLED. It’s my understanding that it supports Dolby ATMOS; however, the Beam does not.Does that mean that I have to upgrade to the Sonos Arc? What to do with the Beam? (I don’t have another TV) So far the TV sound has been great, compared with my previous less sophisticated TV. I apologize for my lack of knowledge!Cheers,

I have used four Play:1 in my home for three years using both iOS devices and the Windows app to control them.  No trouble with anything, even the first releases of the S2 app, until a few weeks ago …  The iOS app began to not always see my Play:1’s when initialized … usually closing and restarting the app solved the problem.  This was tested using both up-to-date iPhone iOS’s (14.3), iPad iOS’s AND outdated iOS 12.4 on an old iPad Mini 2. Next, the Spotify app started to not be able to see the Play:1’s (controlling them independently of the Sonos app).  NOTE: in all this time, my other multicast or network music devices (including Bluesound, Apple TV and Google Play) have had no connectivity issues whatsoever. This weekend, I decided to factory reset all four Play:1’s (green blinking light), ‘forget’ them on my network router, and delete/reinstall the Sonos S2 app on all devices, in an attempt to get things working properly again. RESULT:  I can’t get past either the ‘temporary Sonos

Hi folks,Let me start by saying ”I’m definitely a novice” and therefore not tech savvy in any fashion!So please be gentle.I have just purchased a beam for my bedroom and am impressed with the sound so I and am considering replacing my Boise bar in my living room and possibly adding some additional speakers. Suggestions are appreciated.I have a small 2 bedroom custom built house. My living rm is 14x14 and my bedroom is 14x16. They  are separated by roughly 13ft of 4’to 5’ wide hall that opens directly into one another. I have a 55” Samsung TV in the bed and a 65” in the Liv rm.   Now my thoughts are as follows. purchase a new beam for the Liv.rm. and a sub to place in the hall. I may add other speakers if needed. Again I’m open for suggestions. My primary question is can both of the beams share the sub?. I believe with the layout ,distance and openness of the hall to each listening area it should function fine. I hope to link everything together for music listening throughout and just s

Arc keeps repeating « Mic is muted » then « the mic is back on »   I believe it’s the google assistant. I can’t figure out a pattern. It’s very annoying. Sometimes it’s 5 secs appart. Sometimes minutes.

I added a Play 5 Gen 2 to my old Sonos system. When I group everything (soundbar, sub, 2 play 3s, 2 older play 5s & move) and stream music like Pandora it is perfect. When I play anything off my TV it skips. When I remove the Play 5 Gen 2 it stops skipping. I added an extra Boost next to the Play 5 Gen 2 and it did not help.Clearly something about any TV sound output and this Play 5 Gen 2 any ideas?

Hello,my current set-up is as follows: room1  - air beam & sub woofer, room 2 - play 3, room 3 - play 5.In room 1 air beam is connected to TV. I can easily play all my digital music anywhere in the house from the app. But I have a CD player in room 1 and would like to play CD’s. Question: Do I need Sonos Connect or Sonos Amp. Furthermore, if I were to play vinyl I assume I would need the Amp. Thanks 

Is it possible to use both Google Assistant and Alexa with the following setup:- Sonos Arc (Alexa) + Sonos Sub + Sonos One (Google) + Sonos One SL (all paired) 

Hi, my playbase has stopped working on wireless, both on wifi and on Sonos Net.  When I plug it in with an ethernet cable it shows up immediately in the app.  My other 3 Sonos speakers work fine.  I’ve worked through all the trouble shooting including factory reset and the problem hasn’t been resolved.I’ve sent a diagnostic report - the number is 849305995.  Any ideas or advice please?

When I try and add my NAS drive music subfolder (called My Music) the app says ‘No share My Music on server.  If I put ‘Music’ (though not a real subfolder) it connects but clearly nothing there.  Any help? All my other devices connect flawlessly.  Thanks!

Hi. Have Amazon music connected to my Sonos. When I ask Sonos to play something the Sonos speaker confirms this “playing your play list” for instance but nothing happens and no music is played !! I switched over to my Spotify account and exactly the same thing happens (playing music from Spotify) but again I get no music. I can select music from my phone app and play it through all the speakers via Amazon music or Spotify I just can’t get it to play music via voice commands. Any ideas as it is driving me crazy !!! 

Well since we upgraded to the last sonos version we can’t play music from the device. That option is missing now. With my sonos play1 we can’t use airplay2 either so wht can we do now?
