The cases on my two play 1's are cracking in the same place, on the top and to the rear of the speaker.

Both speakers are showing similar cracking just noticed them this morning doing household chores

Do you use your speakers outdoors? Are they exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures or direct sunlight?

Speakers are in atmosphere controlled environment, humidifiers and a/c. Normal temp 21 degrees humidifiers at 35%. Speakers not used out doors keep my "old play 5's" for that.

Many thanks Rashi for your assistance, I shall look at the upgrade program but shipping to Mauritius is very expensive!!!
