Play:1 cases damaged

The cases on my two play 1's are cracking in the same place, on the top and to the rear of the speaker.

No kid or pets to cause damage

No, that isn’t possible. But you can get a discount on a new speaker through Sonos’ upgrade program: https://www.sonos.com/en-us/upgrade

Do you use your speakers outdoors? Are they exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures or direct sunlight?

Hi Rashi

Speakers are in atmosphere controlled environment, humidifiers and a/c.  Normal temp 21 degrees humidifiers at 35%. Speakers not used out doors keep my "old play 5's" for that.

Hi Rashi

Is it possible to purchase new play 1 cases? Before they start getting worse?

Many thanks Rashi for your assistance, I shall look at the upgrade program but shipping to Mauritius is very expensive!!!

I shall live with the cracking until I can fly again.

Again my thanks.
