The Google AI summaries seem like they’re purely drawn from Sonos propaganda, and make it harder to get through the search results for useful information. Just worked through the usual system not found problems.Sorry, just a sucker who finally broke down and bought a couple of additional speakers.
I received an email from Sonos, and a follow up from Cambridge Focus Research to participate in a study. The email did come from a Sonos.com email address. Just wanted to check in to see if this is legit, and if anyone else received, and/or is participating.

Hello! I saw your excellent initiative, which I really liked, but unfortunately, I cannot take advantage of this great price in Hungary. I have tried several places, including the SONOS website and their customer service, but this offer is not available in Hungary. I have a SONOS ARC soundbar and I would like to complement it with 2 Era 300 speakers. This product is very expensive here; I just calculated that each piece costs nearly 500 €. I would like to have a good solution for this here as well. Thank you very much

Good day.I have 10+ registered Sonos devices and I live in Suriname. My partner lives in the UK and has one registered device.Today he received an email message with the "25% off for 20 years" offer. I did not. When I studied the offer, I realized that my territory was not eligible.1. Aren't my $€£ as hard as his?2. Am I not considered a loyal costumer?The irony is that I introduced him to Sonos...Note: we have an official Sonos dealer in Suriname.
The Sonos app is the WORST. Sonos has steadily declined over the years. The app makes it impossible to view and select music from my library. I have lots of music stored on my NAS. I don’t want to be directed to every paid service in existence. Sonos has become more laggy over time, and it’s not worth spending another dime on. User for many years. Now looking for alternatives.
My SONOS system dosen’t work.I’ve reboted all router, speakers, app. several times. Forgot how many. After a rebot the speakers one by one pop ups in the app. I can start music in some but not all. Creating group of speakers is not an option. A friend, that designs network, has looked in to my system. And he claims that I have a very good system with strong signal in every room I have a sonos speaker. The speakers are found in the network with strong signal. But still not found in the SONOS app. Funny thing that one speaker played music but was not visual in the app. So I couldn’t stop it from playing. Had to unplug. This it not working any longer. I’m not educated in network design. I juste like to play same music in every room in the house. Now I’m thinking of selling the speakers and buy something that works. Been following SONOS since they started. And been building the system starting with a Play5 and connect. But now I give up and will look for a new system.
Hello, I don't understand why the latest Sonos app is so bad. I have thought about selling my Play 1, 3 and 5. It is incredible that the only solution is to return the devices to the Sonos S1. Sonos S1 works perfect.
Using LG tv with attached beam 2. Cannot keep the app connected to the system.
There are a ton of duplicate stations via these services. I’ve noticed when searching for something like KEXP or BBC, they pop up in multiple services.Do you like 1 vs the other? Is there any info on the bitrates of these feeds (does one stream higher quality than the other?) I’ve noticed TuneIn has a lot of commercials on their own TuneIn-branded feeds…
Seems like the outgoing CEO was rewarded for the huge app debacle. If Sonos wanted to promote goodwill in the user community they would have fired him several months ago.

I’m concerned. Recently purchased a Move 2 from Costco since it was a great deal that included the free redemption of the Travel Bag. Unfortunately, for some time, I’ve been checking the website to see if I can redeem the travel bag.I see many have been talking about the back order taking long, however, as of right now it is showing as “Out of Stock”. Therefore, I can’t redeem the code provided to me from Costco, while, at the same time, I see that the bags are available via the Sonos Store on Amazon.I do realize that there’s probably been a surge of requests from the holiday sales. But it’d be helpful to know if or when this might get resolved.Anyone else experiencing this and concerned?

What is going on with the Sonos apps? I’m using the most up to date iOS app on a fully updated iOS platform and all the speakers are up to date. The new interface is terrible and I would hate to even see the code for it. Doing simple things like removing recently played off the home screen now involves navigating multiple menu’s to accomplish. Drop the web control and focus on the android and iOS app, please. I have two Era 100’s I have in a stereo pair that will loose connection with each other causing one of the speakers to quit playing. Opening the app and looking, they are still paired together, just not working. I have to unpair them, repair them, and then re-tune them. I check my router and make sure the Era’s are still both connected to WiFi, and they are. I’ve tried changing the wireless channel they use to talk to each other and that doesn’t help either. Nothing in my network infrastructure has changed and all other devices are operating normally on the network. I have
Anyone know of a way to change the sonos pre-defined music categories? For instance, SONOS categorizes some of my “Bluegrass” music as “Contemporary Country.” Seems to me, there should be a way to go into the Sonos music listing and change the category of a given CD etc. Any Comments?

I originally subscribed to Sonos HD Radio through Apple, then cancelled in 2023. I want to reactivate my subscription, however the Sonos site says I have a subscription with Apple and to go through the Apple subscription app to cancel, however Apple doesn’t show that subscription (assume because it’s so old). Any way to get around this without having to call sales Mon - Friday?
Hello all, I've used Sonos for many years but for the past few since I got the new speakers it has never worked properly. The Wi-Fi router im using at the moment has 2ghz and 5 ghz my old speakers connect on 2ghz and my new ones only connect on the 5ghz I've never been able to solve this. I'm thinking of getting a new Wi-Fi router to try and solve this. Is there a recommended one that definitely works to connect both Old and New speakers?
