hi.

I have bought an additional cr200 controller for my system, to avoid using a mobile phone. During the update, the screen is frozen and I can't move on. hi,

I have tried all the options I could find on the internet. I have contacted Sonos Denmark, they have not been able to help. I need the cr200 to work, as we are trying to be a mobile phone family. can you help? I would also like to know where I can buy a Sonos controller without using a mobile phone.

I can’t help on the CR200 but you can use Mac, PC or tablets as a controller. But there’s limited capabilities so setting up new devices, for example, is not possible on PC.

I already have a cr200 which works perfectly, but when I updated a new one I had bought, it went cold. that's the one I want to work.


Touchscreen failure was the #1 problem with the CR200.


What “update” are you talking about? Obviously S1 is needed for the CR200, but I thought you had to stick at Sonos 8.1 (?) to keep the CR200 working. Or was that the CR100? Its been 84 years...
