Good day.

I have 10+ registered Sonos devices and I live in Suriname. My partner lives in the UK and has one registered device.

Today he received an email message with the "25% off for 20 years" offer. I did not. When I studied the offer, I realized that my territory was not eligible.

1. Aren't my $€£ as hard as his?

2. Am I not considered a loyal costumer?

The irony is that I introduced him to Sonos...

Note: we have an official Sonos dealer in Suriname.

I have received this email. But don't worry it's completely irrelevant and just spam.

Can get a discount on their Ace and that's pretty much it.
Have been a SONOS customer for about 15 years and have had quite a few speakers over time.

@Peter_254 It’s not spam. It’s a legitimate email. It allows me a 25% discount...

@Miriam Naarendorp The discount is presumably applicable to buying directly from Sonos. They can control their discounts but cannot control the discounts of any retailers in other territories where they do not have a direct-to-consumer presence. You should take it up with the Suriname dealer to see what they can offer.

@Peter_254 @Rhonny

It is more a matter of principle. The offer buying thru the website is only for those registered in particular territories. I do not even get the chance to see if I am interested in any of the offers by @Sonos website. If I login to my account I do not get the opportunity. If my partner logs in he gets the possibility of the discount.

That is not fair.

The emails don’t all come out at the same time, AIUI. You may get an email tomorrow…

I bow in the dust, I've looked in the wrong place.
Apparently you don't have to "just" log in.
Click on my profile, upgrade and click on offers.

Now I can see my offers of 25%.
