I’ve been waiting almost two weeks to have an account deleted. Zero response to my requests for updates (nice).
Tried the live chat (twice), was told to be “patient”.
Rang the support number, huge wait.
Please, is there anyone from Sonos here? This is an account deletion, should take like 2 minutes, not 2 weeks. I should not have to beg like this.
