I’m concerned.  Recently purchased a Move 2 from Costco since it was a great deal that included the free redemption of the Travel Bag.  Unfortunately, for some time, I’ve been checking the website to see if I can redeem the travel bag.

I see many have been talking about the back order taking long, however, as of right now it is showing as “Out of Stock”.  Therefore, I can’t redeem the code provided to me from Costco, while, at the same time, I see that the bags are available via the Sonos Store on Amazon.

I do realize that there’s probably been a surge of requests from the holiday sales.  But it’d be helpful to know if or when this might get resolved.

Anyone else experiencing this and concerned?

If the voucher you have is from Costco, only they will be able to redeem it for you, and only they will know when they have more stock in - I can only recommend that you get in touch with Costco directly.

It is typical for vouchers to last at least one year, unless there is a specific date mentioned - my guess is that you’ll be OK.
