Hi, is there anyone from Sonos support here?

I’ve been waiting almost two weeks to have an account deleted. Zero response to my requests for updates (nice).

Tried the live chat (twice), was told to be “patient”.

Rang the support number, huge wait.

Please, is there anyone from Sonos here? This is an account deletion, should take like 2 minutes, not 2 weeks. I should not have to beg like this.

This is a user community forum, not Sonos Support. 


I understand that. Companies often have their people on these types of forums, which is why I asked.


Account deletion can take up to four weeks from the request being made.

They do have folks here for moderation and when they have time they answer a few posts.

This is not the best place to come for Sonos support or sales help.
