Hi everyone, After working for weeks, my Sonos Arc won't connect to my LG C1. The HDMI is the official one.I'm using the correct HDMI port.All settings are correct , and I've turned everything problematic off. Nothing will get me past the testing connection screen. I've factory reset my TV and my ARC and tried just about everything but I'm at a huge loss for what to do next. Any guidance you can provide would be hugely appreciated.     

Volume scale on AppleTV via Sonos Arc not displaying

I have connected my Audio Technical AT-LP120 turntable which has built in preamp to my Port and then linked the Port to the Arc but the sound quality is very full of static and sounds horrible.  Had no issues using this turntable with my old receiver and stereo speakers.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  thanks  

Like so many others...I have a new router and started having trouble with my Sonos system. I’ve got a Beam and 2 Play:1 speakers. When 1 of the speakers is plugged into the router, I can control the system from the S2 app. When I try to add the new WiFi network and click “Find My System” it tries a few seconds and goes back to the unclicked “Find My System” button. The new router is an Arris DG3450. I tried getting Sonos to work on this device and failed. I bought a Netgear Nighthawk R6700AX WiFi Router and put the Arris in bridge mode. Network update is still failing.I put my phone on the 2.4Ghz network and tried the setup again but got the same result.I still had my old router so I plugged it in but I removed the previous network from the Sonos system when I first started the setup process so it was acting the same way.The system works with 1 speaker plugged into the router but won’t let me add a trusted network. I ran a diagnostic and got the nu

Unable to play airplay on arcI have a sonos arc and two sonos one. Airplay works fine on sonos one. However it never works on Sonos Arc. Have tried multiple troubleshooting steps given by customer support(60+ mins). But no luck so far. Steps performed:Tried aiplaying from another mac, ipad and iphone. Removed wifi extenders from setup. Switched arc from wireless to wired with wifi still on. Multiple restarts to router, arc, iphone. Factory reset of arc(Even though it was not recommended).But no luck so far. 

Hi,I hope to find help here, because after hours of troubleshooting I’m completely lost. 😰Since 3 days all of my speakers disconnected from the Wifi. All at the exact same time. Since then, none of the speakers were able to reconnect. While digging into the root cause of the issue, I’ve recognized, that the speakers send DHCP Discover messages and the DHCP server replies with DHCP Offer messages. After the DHCP Offer, there is never a DHCP Request message from the speakers. I’ve dumped the traffic on the DHCP Server and on the access point (Unifi U6-Lite). The packets were seen on both ends. Although I don’t see any RX/TX drops, I can’t confirm that the DHCP Offer ever reached the speaker.The weird thing is, based on the Unifi Controller information, all speakers are assigned to the correct reserved DHCP addresses, but none of the speakers is reachable.I’ve gone through countless troubleshooting hints within the community and Google searches, i.e. 

I have wired surround speakers connected to the Sonos system but no sound is coming through. I’ve tried resetting the Arc and the amp but still nothing. I tried full music and also nothing. The system says surrounds are connected. Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi All,I was on the point of posting an issue but found a fix and thought I would share it in case anyone else is having the same issue.I recently bought the Beam (gen2) and 2 x One SL speakers. Almost immediately I had sound drop out and picture break-up.We previously had an LG wirtesed surround system with no issues.I spent an age trawling the community for a fix/solution, changing settings and options on the TV to no effect.Programmes on the TV were fine but switching to my Apple TV (4th Gen) caused all the problems.I switched from ARC to optical and back again with no improvement.The solution was simple enough, updating the Apple TV software to it’s most recent update.Immediately it has resolved the problem.If you’re having any issues, check your TV and peripheral kit software for updates. Hope that helps. Stewart

Hello AllI recently had a system installed consisting of a Beam (in the bedroom) two Sonos Five’s (one kitchen & one living room) and an Arc w/ Sub and 2 SL Ones in the basement Entertainment room.  Regularly the Arc, Sub and SL Ones will disappear from the app (sometimes all, sometimes only one or two).  Less frequently one of the Fives will disappear and rarely the beam is gone.  The beam and two Fives can often be corrected simply by unplugging them.  Often, however, the issue in the Entertainment room is not corrected by a simple unplugging and I’ll lose patience attempting to fix and go focus on something else.  When I return the speakers show back up in the app.  Can anyone shed light on this issue, Please?

Hi. Can I use Sonos Arc + Sonos Amp for Indoor Ceiling Speaker + Sonos Amp for Outdoor Speaker all connected together to a single TV..? Can I play independently OR merge the TV Sound on Sonos Arc / Sonos Amp for Indoor Ceiling Speaker / Sonos Amp for Outdoor Speaker when I have connected all 3 Sonos product on Wifi Network..?Thanks in advance.

Hi. I have logged a ticket with Sonos. But I thought I'd ask here. Listening to a playlist on amazon unlimited.  Some of the songs I can here at setting 12, but the next track comes in and is really loud. Sometimes the bass goes really heavy. I pause it, start again and it clears. We tested with support and thought it was an android issue,  but also does on IOS too. Been like it for a few months. I'm wondering if it's a track being played in Atmos and then the best track is HD??Is this a common bug? I read alot of various problems,  but not necessarily this. Thanks. Have a good day.

Hello,I’ve had a Beam Gen 1 for over 4 years now and never had any issues with the sound quality in that time.  I recently moved house and since then I’m finding that when watching TV or movies I’m struggling to hear what is being said.  It’s really quite subtle in that it’s not all speech all the time, it seems that certain things are worse than others, for example one word in a sentence you might really struggle to pick up or if there is a scene with someone on the phone you can’t make out what the person on the other end is saying.  I never had this problem before I moved house and I'm wondering whether the Beam took a knock which has caused a small fault with one of the 4 speakers or something similar that is causing quality or part of the audio range to be affected.  Speech Enhancement is already turned on and i’ve also tried Night Mode which has not helped at all.Is there anyway to do perform a diagnostic on unit that could detect faults in any of the components?

I have a Sonos arc attached by hdmi cable to a Samsung tv. I lower the volume on Sonos before turning off the tv and when I turn the tv back on the volume is significantly higher than when I turned it off.. any suggestions?

Hei,i have one Sonos Beam Gen 1, 2 Sonos Five and a Audio Technica turntable (AT-LP60XBT).I consider to buy a Sonos Amp.The Beam and both 5 can’t be connected together.it’s possible to resolve the problem with the amp?

Hi did a search but couldn't find this topic. Very basic question but my app can't connect to either the amp or arc soundbar for setup. The green light is flashing on both. Tried while connected to my regular wifi and also wifi 2.4 GHz. The wifi signal is fine at the location. Eg my TV streams things fine here. Any suggestions or mistakes I'm making?Thanks!   

Hi all.So I've had the Sonos Arc bar working perfectly with my Samsung 55” QN95A Neo QLED 4K for over a year.Recently the the TV has started connecting to TV speakers and the green light (or any light) no longer illuminates on the arc.It's connected via hdmi and arc port on the samsung connect box. I've tried replacing the hdmi cable from the sonos arc to connect box. Power cycled all devices, hard reset the arc bar. Deleted the sonos app, reconnected it all several times and it simply won't connect. Removed all other devices atrached to the conbect box.On the arc app on my it gives an error about can't connect check if other devices interfering, or something like that - when trying to connect the bar and TV. Hdmi Arc option is greyed out within Samsung sound settings. Tried manual configuration options within TV settings, simply can't connect the 2 devices!Is anyone able to offer further things to try or advice please.Much

Hi! I have an Arc and 2 Ikea speaks as surrounds.The setup works brilliantly aside from this issue of the TV audio cutting out for a split second randomly (but frequently), or skipping or popping. It's almost like packet loss on a HDMI connection!I’ve scoured through the various topics and this seems to rear its head quite a lot but the solution is a bit of a mystery so hoping for some individual help.For context the Arc is connected to a 2017 Samsung TV via HDMI.Thanks!

But, 1 second audio dropouts occur whilst using either the Nintendo or the PlayStation. The dropouts occur every minute or so for 1 second.  I’ve tried turning everything off and back on etc and disconnecting all devices except one of the consoles and the beam but the issue remains. Any help greatly appreciated, a bit gutted spending all that money for something I can’t use whilst playing games.

Hello!I’m back after another 6 months of daily struggle using my home theater setup in regards to audio.I posted here and got some suggestions at the time, which I tried to no avail.I’ve been in contact directly with Sonos and Samsung several times to no avail.It doesn’t seem like this is something that should be so incredibly hard to sort out.I fight with this setup daily to get audio to stream through it at all (much less reliably!).The TV interface audio, the “DVD” style menu audio (in places like Apple TV movies section where I’ve purchased movies), all commercials (Hulu commercials, opening “ads” for other shows on Prime and TV+, etc.) always play audio.However, when the actual movie audio stream starts (or restarts, etc.), 5 times out of 10 there is no sound. I set up a new Sonos system today and am having problems with getting sound from the Sub.  My system consists of the following:--Two Sonos Ones connected by wifi--Arc connected by wifi--Sub paired with the Arc and connected to the router via ethernetFrom the beginning, I cannot get sound to play out of the sub. I have tried all the usual remedies including resetting the router, powering off all Sonos devices, factory resetting the sub and reinstalling, and switching the Sub connection from wireless to wried.  I checked by sliding the sub bass level back and forth on bass heavy content. None of these steps have helped.This is the second Sonos system I have set up in the last 6 months and I had the same problem with my first system. When I installed a Boost via ethernet to my router, on my other system, that solved the problem. Trying to set up the ARC soundbar via WiFi, but when the app is trying to locate it my phone's Bluetooth crashes and won't continue the set up. I've tried resetting everything, same thing happens every time. Any help would be greatly appreciated 👍

I recently purchased the Sonos Ray Soundbar for my family’s Samsung TV. Frustratingly the soundbar won’t recognise the Samsung One remote to change the volume unless I’m standing right next to it (If I’m not within 30cm of the soundbar it won’t change the volume). I’ve followed the sonos guide on setting up the Samsung One remote, I’ve tried setting up the soundbar under a different brand as some other threads mentioned and I’ve changed the batteries on the remote and nothing has fixed this. Is there any solution to this frustrating problem?

My sub won,t power up.  No light and is listed as missing by the app.  Tried different power outlets, leaving unplugged overnight etc. Any hopes here or is it dead?  If so that’s pretty poor for an expensive device only a couple of years old.

Bought a Samsung QE55QN85B 4 weeks ago and connected to a Sonos Beam Gen2 bought on 6 Aug. Both devices have the latest updates. HDMI cable supplied with Sonos is ok and connected to HDMI eARC. No issues streaming to Sonos from iPhone but sound from TV drops. Have tried every combination of switching off and restarting TV/Sonos, have gone through every set up option on TV. Tv shows output to Sonos Beam. Sonos app shows it thinks it’s connected to the TV and adjusting volume on TV shows same adjustments on Sonos app. However there is no sound from the Beam. Best I’ve achieved is to get sound from You Tube on TV but as soon as I changed to Disney+ sound was jittery and then stopped altogether. Have phoned John Lewis for technical support for the TV, reset the TV and redone the connections. For about 3 minutes had sound from the Beam but then stopped. John Lewis are now exchanging the TV as we are assuming it’s a fault with the TV. However I will pos
