I have an LG 75up707PUD, newest Apple TV, hue sync.
I am trying to get the best sound. I see I need to go to Audio format on the Apple TV and go under immersive audio but I don’t see that option.
When I read the apple articles it mentions connecting the Apple TV directly to the soundbar, but that is not an option with the arc.

Maybe this is an apple issue and I need to talk to them. It just seems like they are telling me that is because of the lack of soundbar pass through.

Apple 4k TV -> hue sync → tv→ Sonos arc

Is the TV equipped with eARC? This is usually required to get Dolby Atmos audio from the Apple TV 4K.

Also be sure to set the TV to these settings:

HDMI Input Audio Format: Bitstream

Digital Sound Output: Pass Through

eARC Support: On

Thank you. I read the other posts and just set it all up like that. I am not sure if all the cables are the highest quality needed as that something mentioned  on the Apple forums. That is the only thing I can think of after switching the above.

Be sure to use the HDMI cable that came with the Arc.

The Hue Sync could also be causing the problem. If you remove it from the setup, does it make a difference?

Is your TV equipped with eARC?
