Just got my sonos move. iPad, iPhone etc sound great with it.
When I connect it via Bluetooth to my Amazon firestick I have to max out the volume on the Sonos and even then you can only hardly hear it.

How do I fix this so the volume comes through normal?

other cheap Bluetooth speakers work fine with the same firestick

Try removing the Move from the list of Bluetooth devices on the Fire TV Stick. Then reboot the Move by following these steps:

  1. Take Move off of the charging base.
  2. Hold the power button for at least 5 seconds, or until the status light turns off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Press the power button or place Move back onto its charging base.

On the Fire TV Stick, you should also try setting the Dolby Digital Output setting to Dolby Digital Plus Off and the Surround Sound setting to Stereo.

Thanks for the reply. Sadly doesn’t seem to be doing the trick.

There is no way to remove bluetooth device in there interface, only pair and unpair it seems.

My options under sound are PCM, Passthrough Dolby Digital Plus, Passthrough Dolby Digital, and Best available.

I currently have it set to PCM

Same issue, max volume on the sonos only has a whisper of the sound of what is playing.
