Buenos días.Tengo el siguiente problema. Cuando empiezo a reproducir audio en el altavoz ERA 100, suena correctamente, pero cuando quiero compartir a la vez ese mismo audio en un ONE ubicado en otra sala, no suena en el ONE. Sin embargo si lo hago al revés, reproducir en el ONE y luego mandarlo al ERA 100, si lo hace correctamente.Es decir, no puedo compartir el audio que esta sonando primero en el ERA 100, con un altavoz ONE, pero si a la inversa. El problema es que a veces mando por bluetooth audio al ERA 100 y me gustaría compartirlo con el ONE, pero no puedo.Cual puede ser el motivo y cual la solución?Muchas gracias por vuestra ayudaSaludos Moderator edit:Google Translate- Good morning.I have the following problem. I have been working with Sons Tech Support for over 2 months now and still don't have any answers. I have a play base and two play 1 that were having some connections issues so i was lead to do an update. That's when the poop hit the fan. I could not get the play base to do an update with tech support see case number: ********. I was told that this was a know issue and they don't have an eta on when they will have a fix for it. I don't want this post to get deleted so i will stop there and not share my email correspondence with you all but lets just say it was sad. Is there anyone else out there experiencing a product update or registration issue? And if so what is the product you are using and how did you get it resolved….or is my hunch right and there are thousands of us out there that just in limbo?Moderator edit: Recorded and removed case number

My Sonos Arc Ultra has its voice assistant turn on and off by its own at certain times, anyone encountered the same issue?

I have a SONY BRAVIA TV. I have the TV and soundbar setup and the sound is coming from the soundbar. The problem is that I am unable to control the soundbar volume with the TV remote. I have to control the soundbar volume with the + /- on the side of the soundbar. When attempting to adjust the volume (with the remote) it shows that volume is coming through the soundbar but does not adjust the actual volume. This process is required each time we change apps and programs. Is there an initial setting on the soundbar that I have missed (eg set the volume to 1)?Please advise. 

When will you add the Yandex.Music service in Kazakhstan?  As a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I don't care about the conflict of other countries, I just want to listen to music in hi-res. I am the owner of two Sonos Five, give me access to Yandex.Music, there is NO NEWS there, THIS IS ONLY A MUSIC STREAMING SERVICE.

I’m interested in learning about how to properly setup a VLAN for my Sonos products over Wifi for my UDM-Pro.  I’ve seen a lot of info about this - but mostly when it comes to wired Sonos.  I want to separate them via Wifi - and still be able to access them from my phone/pcs with the app.   I know it's possible to do this.  I highly suspect if I can do this it will help me isolate the Sonos devices from potential network issues in general (either them misbehaving on my network or other devices misbehaving and impacting the QoS of the Sonos systems).  Anyone have any guides/suggestions that are up to date as of Q1 2025?  I don’t want to have to resort to hacks such as running a python script or anything like that.  Seems like the UDM Pro should be able to facilitate this with basic network configurations.

I’m having trouble connecting the boost to my system

Running a Plex server on a Raspberry Pi attched to a local net. On the same net I’ve got two Sonos Speakers (Beam and Sonos One) and I have been able to add the connection to Plex in the App and sonds are seen but as soon as I try to play anything it halts. If I have a playlist Sonos run thru the list without beeing able to start playback.

Want to raise some issues because the user experience is dreadful. It was fine when we had two speakers and it was my partner who set up the account first even though they were my speakers I bought them. First thing was when I went and bought another speaker I wasn’t the account holder and couldn’t add it to my house! Ridiculous. On my Android phone the app was buggy and hell and wasn’t loading which is why we did it on his phone. Not realising how insane it is that I cannot set up my own later and pair the two speakers because we want different system set ups. I don’t want to log into the account and see his stuff. Is there no concept of Data protection at Sonos?Now again the system has grown to 10 speakers. Some speakers are to be shared - communal living areas. Other’s like our own offices and workshops separate. All part of the same house. We do not want to have 3 systems. Plus be able to get up a subset as guest access to share with friends.

when I play music that has a strong beat my volume controllers vibrate enough to sound like they are keeping time to the beat. ANy thoughts on how to solve this issue?

I build a home cinema, used my exsisting Sonos setup, bought an Arc og two Aces.Me and my wife where ready to watch movies together after the kids went to sleep. Now I learned that you cannot connect two Aces to one Arc. What a disappointment...thats the one and only reason I bought and Arc and two Aces…When will this be possible?

I'm experiencing an issue with my Sonos Era 100 stereo pair and Sub Mini when using AirPlay from my Mac Studio. After pausing playback for a few minutes, upon resuming, the progress bar on my MacBook indicates that the content is playing, but there's no sound from the speakers. Disconnecting and reconnecting AirPlay resolves the issue temporarily, but it's inconvenient to do this repeatedly. I’ve had a projector system with Sonos Beam + One, Optoma UHD38, and Apple TV for a few years. All working fine - connected HDMIs from the projector and and AppleTV into the Beam system via an AGPTEK converter (HDMI to HDMI + audio). Today I replaced the AppleTV with a PS5, but now the audio is no longer working. PS5 loads up on the projector screen, but no audio comes out of the Sonos system. Audio does come through the projector’s own tiny/weak speakers.  Curious if anyone knows how to fix this?Sonos Customer Service was woefully unhelpful. Wasted an hour of time on the phone to end with “sometimes this just happens?”

I have a pre-amp record player, bought the Sonos cord USB-C to Audio plug and connected to ERA100. I see the signal is working from the turntable into the Sonos as the bar graph is working but no sound is coming from any speaker. The ERA 100 speaker is called “Sideboard” and the device on Line In is called “Turntable”. The turntable worked on S1 into a Play 5. Unplugging the cable removes Line In as a Source on My System so obivously ERA 100 sees the device. What am I doing wrong as all the setup is seemingly ok.

I am having all kinds of trouble trying to get my play one speakers to consistently stay active on the Sonos app. The app itself is also having serious problems with remaining stable and sometimes works perfectly for a few minutes and then is completely not accessible. This used to be a very stable software and hardware situation, but ever since the new app came out, we have had all kinds of trouble and just tolerated it sometimes by leaving the speakers on all the time and physically turning them up and down on each speaker…Not ideal, Highly frustrating, but a work around. I’m pretty sure it’s the newer Sonos app since that’s where and when the problem started. We even tried switching back to the old Sonos app version and it is not functioning at all. So I have a few thousand dollars worth of Sonos products that feel like they are becoming worthless devices that sound amazing at times when they do work.And any help or advice would be appreciated although

I am tearing my hair out ..!I have 2 Play:Ones, 2 Play:3s and a PlayBar. I upgraded from the S1 app to S2 but have had nothing but trouble. It took about 3days to get the 4 smaller speakers working together and I still can't add the PlayBar: error messages mostly, but even when I get to the end of the connection process and it says it's been added and plays the final chime it doesn't appear in the speaker list. Then individual speakers just disconnect from the account. I love the sound from the speakers but the app and connectivity are absolutely shocking. Any help gratefully received.

I’m always struggling with the volume button in the app. It’s very small and if you quickly want to change volume it is annoying. Also the volume-indicator is at the right side of the screen so if you are right handed it is more difficult.   I was wondering if you could customize this somewhere in the app. I cannot find it but maybe I overlooked something.if not I hope it can be on the todo list for the developers..  someone knows more on this topic?regards,Jan (a happy user of Sonos) 

just upgraded my router was struggling to upgrade the system to check connect to 5GHZ, my Sonos move 2, Sonos SL are coming connecting however the Arc is not connecting. The tv is currently connected to5 GHZ. i have changed the settings back to 2.4GHZ my n the all the speakers they are connected but the Sonos move is connected separately. Tv still connected on 5GHZ. is the arc not compatible to 5 GHZ?  MthusiModerator edit: Removed surname and what looked like a phone number  

Why while watching a video on google on my iPhone only would two of my Sonos speakers start playing the audio for no reason. ? They were the two speakers i use for my tv earlier in the evening 

EQ / Sound function dor Bass and treble doesn’t even show up on any of my speakers that allows me to change treble/bass,

I’ve reached peak frustration with the Move 2. Decided to bring it from my home to a cottage wknd and just could not for the life of me get this thing to play music. Not even Bluetooth. I’ve factory reset and got every error msg possible. May have brought a brick to the party. Is there a specific type of wifi it needs? I tried two different networks. I understand the wifi needs to be connected for Bluetooth but why? Means I can use this damn speaker if I’m in the woods? Dear lord this had me peaking for two hours trying to get the thing to work when I tried should have just been cottage chillin. Any suggestions here are welcome. Even if they prove that I’m an idiot. 

Hello :) I currently own the Sonos Arc Ultra. This is my first Sonos product. I have already asked google about my problem and searched here in the forum but have not found anything suitable.My left and right speakers are extremely quiet. I first noticed this when I was watching normal TV. There were two channels that were broadcasting "Stereo PCM" according to the Sonos app. I had to turn the volume up from 10 to 20-26 so that I could hear anything at all. Then I turned on a 5.1 Dolby test video on YouTube to test the whole thing. I immediately noticed that as soon as the sound moved from the center to the left and right speakers, the volume was half as low. However, the Sonos app displayed 5.1. This leads me to the conclusion that it is only due to the left and right speakers.I have already swapped HDMI cables. Switched everything off, restarted and checked all settings 3-4 times... Soundbar has already been replaced once because of the error. No improv

I just observed a quirk and wondered if this was a SONOS or NAS issue.I noticed that many of my albums had duplicate entries in the Album view and it seems that SONOS is cataloguing everything in the NAS recycle bin?I had been converting all my WAV compilation albums to FLAC and had a large volume of wav files in the recycle bin otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed it, It’s an ASUSTOR Flashstor 6. The problem was cleared when I emptied the recycle bin but its an unwelcome extra step if I have to check & empty my recycle bins before updating the media library.
