I’m sorry to hear that you lost the case for your Sonos Ace. From what I can see, we don’t sell the case on Sonos.com and the only way to get one is with an Ace purchase.
In this case, I’d suggest you contact our sales team to see if there are any options they can provide you with.

Might try places like ebay, surely someone has a case they don't want.
