Hi, sine the last update. I can search mixcloud, select track. But it will not play. Press play, icon looks like it's starting, but just sits there. Reinstalled app, just in case. But no luck.

Hi I have assembled a set up as follows:Epson Home Cinema LS11000 4K PRO-UHD Laser ProjectorFrom March 2023 Bundle 2x Era 300 US From May 2024With a Sonos Arc from 2021 Google Streamer 4k from September 2024 And an HDMI splitter for audio i continue to have problems with audio skipping out and sometimes screen going black does anyone have a similar setup and has made it work?note I have tried without HDMI splitter and just using Epson EARC output but that also seemed flaky thanks! Andrew  

I follow the Sonos instructions to add BBC Soubds but it does not appear in the content services list. How can I add it?

I have an older Samsung model UN55KS8500. It says the arc ultra is connected, but no sound plays. I changed HDMI cords, unplugged everything for 5 minutes and still no sound. With the tv remote when I turn up the volume I can see the volume go up in the sons app. But no sound. What else should I try

I am having troubles accessing albums stored in my NAS library, going via library/albums. All albums listed as “(Compilations)” (in grey, below the album title) are apparently empty, i.e. the Sonos controller shows “No selections are available.” when clicking on the album. “Ordinary” albums, i.e. showing instead the artist’s name under the album title, display the full album content.When I access the “Compilations” albums via the library/folders/... selection, the album content is properly displayed.Any solution?

Never posted on a form before so let’s see how this goes. We have a Sonos Ray with an optical output but the Samsung Smart Monitor only has a HDMI ARC. I’ve bought an audio converter and tried every possible combination and setting that I think is possible but it’s still not working. Suggestions welcome 

I have an amp running speakers in gym and added a sub.  After setting it up an assigning it to the gym I get the tone out of the speakers acknowledging that it’s connected to the amp and the app says connected.  But when I go back into my system the amp is not appearing in the gym and it’s not playing when select some music.  I’ve removed it and added it back at least 5 times and factory reset and added it too.  

I have purchased a brand new AMP I need to use it on an S1 network so I have downgaded it following the official Sonos description, after a short while it stops playing music and starts to flash white and orange. The problem is worst if I use an online music source but it also happens with line in.I have tried to return to S2 where the problem does not happen, then I returned to S1 and the problem happend again.I have tried to connect to my router and switch off wi-fi, but it did not make a difference.I use the Android app here is what is in Sonos-appinfo:Version 11.15Sonos OS S1Build 572259130Here is what is in Sonos-systeminfo for the AMPHardware 1.24.1.19-2.2.Serie-ID: A110Is there any configuration changes I can do to prevent this problem ?(Upgrade to S2 is not an option at the moment I have still too many devices only supporting S1)

I have several imported playlists that have a lot more songs in the Sonos queue compared to the playlist.  For example, I have a playlist (Rock Unrated) that has 558 songs.  When I start the imported playlist in Sonos, the queue says it has 48,546 songs. Another playlist has 321 songs, but when played on Sonos the queue has 56,496 songs.I created the auto playlist in Musicbee.  The playlist is then exported to a M3U file that Sonos imports.This only happens when I start the playlist with my iPhone Sonos app.  If I start the imported playlist with the Windows Sonos software, it has the correct number of songs.    

Hi all.i am having issues with the Sonos sub, whereby it works when using Spotify but does not when using Mixcloud. I have tried removing and reconnecting the sub in the room. Thanks

The new Sonas app is awful. It typically will not connect to music even when the music is playing, hence I cannot switch the music of,but worst problem is trying to control the volumes of the various sonas speakers. Even when I adjust the volume in the app it mysteriously changes itself back to the other setting.trying to adjust volumes is almost impossible and VERY VERY frustrating.fthis app should not have been released in such a dismal and poor state. It really damages Sonas reputation and brand.when will these problems be fixed..?

Hi everyone, my playbar in the living room has just started making a high pitched noise and I can hear it fluctuate depending on certain sounds on a tv show. How do I fix this as this is a older playbar 

I’m considering purchasing the Ace headphones. I was under the impression that the Ace headphones don’t work with the Sonos app, so you can’t play music to them from the Sonos app. This seems to be common knowledge. So I wrote Sonos support. Here’s the response:“Yes, Sonos Ace Headphones work with the Sonos App. They can be used as another device in the home Sonos network. Music services like Apple Music can be played from within the Sonos App on Sonos Ace Headphones.”Did something change? Or is it just their terrible support?

Hi there, I am on S2, obviously, since I have yet another random weird issue. 🤔I started that thread as a Deezer one, but the problem is wider. I can stream what is in my favourite, I can not browse radios (even Sonos) , Deezer or anything but my local music library. The content will not load, I'll have that weird error message and that's it.  Everyday is a deception with this app....What ever I chose, I have the very explicit and helpful message "there was a problem" (maybe slightly different as I am in french version).I have unlinked my Deezer account and linked it back, same, no playlist, no title, no nothing. My internet works well, I am on fiber and it is quite stable. Any suggestion?

After a proper upgrade, the device remains play: 1 say no connection can be made

I have tried several times to upgrade Play 1 and even with extended from Sonos helpline, failed to complete the process.  Here is what eventually worked:Connect your Play 1 with a network cable to your router, power on your Play 1 while holding down play/pause, wait until it flashes orange and then you can release.. After approx. 2min it flashed green. DO NOT REMOVE THE POWER CABLE OR DISCONNECT FROM THE CABLE FROM THE ROUTER.Go to the app, the Play 1 should be visible and require adding to your system.  Add it to your system and agree to the prompts to upgrade the speaker.  Continue to follow the app prompts which then successfully updates the Play 1.  Then disconnect the cable, and add it to your Sonos system following the + a speaker process of the app.It seems that staying directly connected to the Sonos web site via a cable worked for the UPGRADE rather than restarting and connecting via the app through your wifi.  Hope this helps if all else has fail

Unable adjust amp settings. How do I log out and log back in as owner

When I go into Content Services in the iOS controller app my list of connected services all show up with the name “Service Name”. Is anyone else seeing this? (app build 80.16.32)  

Wifi names show up with weird names when trying to install new speakers.  could it be the special danish letters “æ” and “ø” that bugs it? Cant connect to the wifi networks with the correct password Moderator Edit: Removed personally identifiable information

Good afternoon,I currently have two Sonos One speakers.A few weeks back, I downloaded the Sonos App on my iphone and installed Calm Radio as a service.Unfortunately, I have experienced several issues using the Sonos application.First, after installing the two speakers on the Sonos App, these settings disappear shortly after.  Secondly, I attempted again today to add the two speakers to the Sonos app.  The settings are no longer there a minute later.Currently, I'm only able to listen to Calm Radio using my iphone.Your assistance in resolving this issue is really appreciated at this point.

I originally had this in “ask a question” but seems more relevant to be here and couldn’t find anyway to change the location of the post - the resolution might be useful for someone I have a new Sonos / Era 100 system, I’m using YouTube Music as one of my subscribed sources. I also have an Amazon Music account however I cannot find Amazon anywhere in the list of providers to add. I’m in Australia and as far as I can tell, should have access to it? The first suggestion was to check my country setting in sonos.com which was still set to the USA, changed that and had Amazon Music available to select. Second issue was after selecting Amazon, authorising it and being told from an Amazon perspective that it was successful, I kept getting “something went wrong” within the Sonos app (both iOS and Android). radio plays on Sonos. the sound on the TV suddenly disappears 

Frequently (every second or third track in a playlist/album) the Dolby Atmos badge disappears. It re appears when I pauze/unpauze that track.
