I still can’t get my Sirius Xm account to authorize with the Canadian site, even with knowing my passwords and credentials. I was able to use everything at my old house but now at my new house can’t get it to authorize as it takes me to the American site and when I transfer to Canadian site and all logged in no option to authorize it? Any help? 

Huh, that’s odd. Were you located in Canada before? Have you updated your Sonos account ‘location’ at www.sonos.com? The only thing I can think of is there’s some disparity there, but it seems really unlikely to me. If that doesn’t ‘work’, I think I’d call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
