Hi @Dagada, welcome to the Sonos Community!
I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues when listening to anything other than Dolby Atmos. Atmos will create a 3D spatial listening environment, so it will sound better than a 5.1 track would, though I don’t see why this would lower the audio so much you’d have to double the current volume.
There wouldn’t be any extra settings you can adjust in the Beam that I think would help here, so it’s likely a TV setting that you could adjust. Without knowing your TV make and model then I can’t provide accurate information, however, if you google something like “sTV] settings for Sonos Beam”, you should find posts from other users who have had similar questions or information on what settings to adjust.
I hope this helps!
I completely agree with @Jamie A. It’ll be TV audio setting.
Thanks all
We are progressing. So it is not a Beam configuration issue.
Actually it is while reading 4K blueray on my PS5 so I will first look at my PS5 sounds parameters. And I will keep you in touch
Cheers
David

If your TV has a Pass-through setting in its audio settings, ensure it is turned on. This will ensure that no devices (e.g. PS5) connected to your TV have their sound processed by the TV on its way to your Beam. This setting can often be found under Audio Format or Audio Output for example (where options might be PCM or Pass-through).
