I have 4 Move speakers I would like to connect via blue tooth for a party away from my house & wifi

You’ll need a device that can emit four separate Bluetooth signals. No Sonos devices can communicate with each other via Bluetooth, they’re only able to receive a Bluetooth signal. 
 

If it were me, I’d likely try a travel router. You could then connect all the Moves to that router, as well as your controller device, and then the Moves could share a single Bluetooth input with each other via that WiFi connection.
