HalloHabe seit dem Wochenende ein Problem mit meiner Arc. Sie macht im laufenden Betrieb, egal ob über TV-Box oder PS5, immer mal wieder Neustarts. Die Arc ist über HDMI am TV angeschlossen, sowie die TV-Box und die PS5. Ton auf einmal weg und die LED am Arc blinkt weiß, nach zirka 30-60 Sekunden ist der Ton wieder da. Der Fehler tritt zirka alle 30 Minuten bis 1 Stunde auf. An was könnte das liegen? Moderator Edit: Google Translate- HelloI've been having a problem with my Arc since the weekend. I tried pairing my Sonos Ace headphones with another device after having added them to my iphone and I couldnt pair them back in my phone. I had to factory reset them but it was super difficult to repair them back in my sonos app despite the headphones were appearing in my bluetooth settings. The app were not recognizing the headphones. This is innaceptable for headphones at this price point (500 USD)! 😡

Making Ikea book shelf speakers work as rears with my Play Bar and sub, both S1. The Ikea book shelves are S2 apparently! I control mostlyby android mobile. 

My sonos connect, since moving to S2 recently, has started to drop from my LAN (only connection, WIFI is disabled). Both ethernet ports have both their green and amber LED light up solidly (not blinking), even for the unused port. I can still see the (correct, fixed) IP address occupied on my router software (Unifi) but the Sonos Connect is otherwise dead, my IOS lists the connect as Not Connected, and I am unable to reconnect through the software. This happens around 15 minutes after I reset the connect (power off factory reset). I have already replaced my ethernet cable and power cable to no avail. What can be the cause and how do I fix this??

My Sonos Playbaris 10 years old.  When I watch a movie with low Bass sounds or music streaming with a lot of Bass it has started distorting the last few months.  I have restarted, retuned, reset to factory. This happens at any volume and not just when it is up high. The device has been mounted in the same spot all this time.  Could it be damaged hardware, and if so can it be repaired?

Hi. I am trying to Trueplay-tune my Roam which I use alone in one of my rooms.  But the app asks me to turn on the mic, which is on, and then there is no way to procede further from that screen.. I have tried turning the mic off then on, doing that also before starting the tuning etc etc ....every variation possible! Still get stuck on that mic request screenI tuned all my other speaker setups in various rooms without an issue.  Am attaching a screenshot of where I get stuck 

I recently bought an Ultra + 2xEra 300 for my new home, I wall mounted the 300’s couple of weeks ago and added them to the Sonos app.. and played a bit of music through them waiting for the day (today) that I’d set up my TV and start up my Ultra.. I followed the start up instructions for the Ultra via the app WiFi connection TV connected via the HDMI arc then added it to my Living Room to join my 300’s. Turned on my TV sound coming from the Ultra but nothing from the 300’s even when I tick the yellow box for 300’s in the set up menu… Could someone be kind enough to let me know what I’m doing wrong.. sorry I’m new to the Sonos family Kind regards Anthony

It seems like Sonos has out done themselves with the latest update.I have two Play 1s, and they’ve mostly been fine existing on the network in different rooms.  But today, after another forced update (boo!), it said it would update the speakers too, and after that, I could only see one (bedroom) on them in the app (the one I was beside when it updated).So I tried to add the other one (living room), but it couldn’t be found, although there was a brief moment when it said it found something, but then disappeared.So I went to the one (living room) that wasn’t connected, and decided to restart it.  After the restart it showed up, and I could update it.  Nice, I thought, but when I went to my system, I could only see the one I just updated (living room).  The previously updated one (bedroom) was no longer there.So I went back to the one (bedroom) that was working in thinking I’ll try a restart, but when I got in there, it showed up, and I could select and play

Connecting new beam, but no sound coming from it (except all the testing sounds). Sound only coming from the remote via tv speaker.told to click on to viera link.. unable to find this…  

This morning, I went to play a podcast on my Sonos One via the Spotify app and upon connecting, it immediately began skipping to each podcast in my “My Podcasts” playlist, without playing any of them.I switched to my Sonos Arc via the same process and did not have this problem. I played that podcast successfully, without any lag or loading time, Meaning this is likely a device issue, not a network issue.I have tried unplugging and plugging back in my Sonos One, restarting my router, deleting the Spotify integration and reinstalling it, and deleting and reinstalling the Sonos app.Anyone else having this issue? How do I fix this?

Hello Sonos Community,I recently rescued an old Sonos Play:1 from 2015 and have connected my favorite streaming services like Spotify and TuneIn. Since this model doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth, I’m exploring options to add Bluetooth capability.Specifically, I’m looking for a Bluetooth adapter or dongle that can connect via the Ethernet port, allowing me to use the Play:1 for computer audio and sounds.Do you have any recommendations for a compatible dongle or Wi-Fi bridge? Have you tried a similar setup? I’d appreciate any advice!

no sound from speakers after changing channels 

I’ve done some deep diving on trying to come up with a solution to be able to hook up my One SLs or Ikea Sonos speakers in my RV - these are both S2 compatible and working fine in my home.I found a YouTube video that talked about setting up a travel router and setting it to the same network username and address as your current home setup… with the caveat that you can’t run both routers at the same time or it will massively confuse your system.Anyway - I’m wondering if anyone has any input on this.  I was thinking of using my iPhone as the connection to the router in my RV.  Looking for more input and suggestions if you have them.  Obviously I would like to use speakers I own rather than purchasing more (mobile) speakers.

Are you hale to use a headphone and sound bar at the same time. My wife and i have different volume tolerance. I would like to listen to a program thru the headphones and have her listen to it thru the sound bar. Is that possible

Hello I bought a Sonos arc gen 2 with sub and era 300 speakers,I am connected by hdmi/arc and the settings on my Panasonic tv says hdmi/arc but above the surround sound is blanked out,should I have surround sound or just leave on hdmi arc ?Thank you.

I have a Sonos amp in a media cupboard. I’m planning to add a sub about 2 metres away. My understanding is it will need to connect directly to the amp’s 5ghz signal. I think this will be fine despite the cupboard? (I could hardwire this sub if necessary). My question is if I want to add a second sub to the same amp, will the sub daisy chain off the other sub which will be in the open within about 4m of it or does it have to go off the amp which will be about 7m in a cabinet (and I assume too far to hold a stable signal and I cannot hardwire). 

I just got a Sub Gen 3 today and I can't get it to connect. I go through the factory reset process but it will never go to blinking orange. I've held it down and done the process 5 times in a row and never let go. Does anyone have any insight on this? I can't seem to find anything that helps me fix this. The base system I have at the moment is just a Beam Gen 2.  Thanks!

Can I continue having the sound on my soundbar while listening to TV  ( for my wife ) while I am also connected to the same Tv with my Sonos Ace ( as I like more basses and louder )Watching same movie but I don’t wnt to hear the kids or her complaining . 

Is there a way to see the Amazon Music Station Name on the Sonos App? Both currently being played and recently played.

Hi, everyone,On the app you can adjust the vertical audio of your Arc Ultra, I had always set it to +10 but I don't have rear surrounds on the Era 300's. I just have the Arc Ultra, so I set the vertical audio back to 0 because I found it too noisy in the “Silo” series on Apple TV+. What setting do you recommend? Thanks for advance Actarus

Am I the only one who finds the volume sliders frustrating in the app while using your phone?They jump and it's hard to get the number or volume level you want. Can we not get arrows up and down that move quickly when you hold it down and moves the volume up or down by 1 when you touch an arrow once? 

    All the album photos in my Sonos Music Library are the same.In the music folder on my pc that is shared with my Sonos Music library on both S1 and S2 apps, there are JPG files for 15 of my 21 albums. But all 21 albums show cover art for an album photo that there is no jpg file for in the shared music folder. Possibly it was there at one time but the album and its related files were deleted.    Where is my Music Library getting this photo? Were is it stored? WHAT FIELD IN WHAT FILE INDICATES WHAT PHOTO TO USE AS THE ALBUM COVER?Why are the Albums that have jpg files not showing the correct album art?Is there a way to make the Sonos Music Library show the correct album cover by editing one of the files in the shared music folder on my Windows PC? Edit:I tried to give as much relevant information as I could, but if you need more info, just ask. Here’s my question - what happened?I have two ZP100 - not cable linked so on their own wireless networkthe bedroom one has a cd player hooked to it - lounge one has a tv hooked to itsound on the bedroom zp100 started blipping every 10 sec or so when playing cdso i thought ok - lets play the cd through to the lounge zp100 - no blipping - hmm so it’s not the cd playerplay tv from lounge zp100 to bedroom - blipping sound - ok so my zp100 is stuffed…..did a reset of the bedroom zp100 and the new lightbulb over my desk started flashing at the same timeyeh - turn the light off - turn it on - still flashing as zp100 was resettingtake bulb out - bedroom zp100 sounds great - no drop outs on any sourcethe other great sound? my boot on aforementioned lightbulb - sometimes old school IS just better

How can I play music from my computer music files? I used to play them before the “ap” change. The old Sonos app offered the choice right there on the app. Now I have spent over an hour chasing down the so-called “instructions” to get it to “share” my files with the Sonos app with no luck at all. The instructions do not work. I can’t believe the app still hasn’t been updated to fix this. Why would this feature be taken away from us? It was one of the most convenient features for me and it is what sold me on the original Sonos system I bought 10 years ago.

I am looking at buying and Arc Ultra. Does it have to be mounted or will it sit on my mantle below my TV set
