Hello, I just purchased (May 2025) a Sonos Move 2 speaker. Indeed superb!!! Connects fine to the current Sonos app. But the app will NOT find my Sonos Beam Gen 2 soundbar. I checked the Wi-Fi settings, all OK. I believe I read somewhere about the Gen 2 Beam not being compatible with the latest Sonos app. My router is an Eero 6, and on the Eero app it does show the Beam as connected at 2.4 GHz which is the right frequency. The Move 2 uses 5G. Would appreciate any advice.

That is certainly unusual.
I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of recreating this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
