I can’t “heart” Apple Music songs in the Sonos app, like I might be able to in SoundCloud, which shows the heart next to the song title in the same screen that contains album art and music controls (play, pause, seek, etc).

No, you can’t. If you want to like an Apple Music song, you have to do it on the Apple Music app. The Sonos app is just a controller for your speakers, it can’t display or add to your liked songs on a streaming service.
You can tap the three dots bottom right and Add to Sonos Favourites, but that will be a different thing to what I think you’re wanting…?

It’s able to do this for SoundCloud tracks, I’m just requesting the feature be extended to Apple Music.

I’ve not seen that, it’s news (and a surprise) to me.

Here it is in action.

Apple needs to change what they provide in their Sonos connection.

Many music services support this, but Apple Music does not.

@controlav Thanks. Not seen it as I use Spotify and Apple Music, which I thought would be the pinnacle for functionality.

Spotify does it:

Is that a grab from your proprietary app rather than the Sonos app..? It doesn’t look like that on my phone.

LOL no but my app looks similar. This is the Sonos Desktop app. I’ve long given up with the official mobile app.
