Is your system fully updated, app and firmware?

If it isn't and won't update you may need Sonos support to force an update for you.

Sometimes this can be resolved by transferring to a new account. You can specify your current account credentials. I know it seems silly, but something gets a tangled in the cloud and this ‘transfer’ often (not always) straightens things out.

WARNING: Don’t Factory Reset all of the units because this will trash your SONOS playlists and all of your music service registrations. If this seems like the only path forward, wait until you can contact Support.
