Hi all,

I’ve read a few comments where people have had similar experiences regarding loss of personally curated playlists, so assumed mine had disappeared into the Sonos ether for good, after  disastrous app update. I’d resigned I wouldn’t purchase Sonos again (6 speakers in!). However, just went to start over and when I went to add/save a song, all my previous playlists appear! I’m now hoping they’re still there somewhere but I just don’t know how I can access them? Any advice 🙏

SONOS Playlists are stored in the players. A factory reset of all players will clear the Playlists. Playlists will be restored if one or more units are not Factory Reset. All of my SONOS Playlists created before and during the updates are still available. For the short term Playlists are best managed using the PC controller.

Thank you for that… never really tried the PC element, stayed purely phone and iPad. Will give it a whirl👍

You can export your Sonos playlists for backup purposes using my iOS app (see profile).
