It’s mind blowing the poor quality of the service you provide. I’m so tired of it. 
 

How is it that every time I try to play music on my Roam I can’t! when I play music on my bean and other speakers through wifi and want to add my roam to the mix it doesn’t work. Whether through Spotify or Sonos app. I have to basically shut down everything and reset the Roam for it to play. What kind of tech is this? After so many complaints from customers and still buggy app. 
 

You guys were supposed to add the controls from the lock screen. Nope still nothing. Even in the control center it doesn’t show up. (IOS) 

the app is useless. I 99% avoid it at all cost. Unless I have to connect a Roam. 

and yes I have renamed my Sonos profile F***sonos  because I’m so pissed about the services

When did you last run a system update with the Roam turned on?


I did today. It was done automatically. And then connection failed. 
after that, I turned it off and back on. Didn’t work. Then I turned off all the music and managed to connect it but there was no sound coming through, even though the song was playing. Anyway it’s a nightmare every time I try to play the roam on wifi while listening with other devices.  


Does the issue vary depending on the physical location of ROAM?

I suggest that you work with SONOS Phone Support. Submit a diagnostic immediately after you’ve experienced an issue and before you call.


It’s independent of the roam position. 
I’ll try that next time I guess.
