Hi , I have a Move and Port in the same network . If I try to connect my Move to my Iphone app S2 the Move isn’t accessible. I need to make a Group with my Port to chose a Station and then disconnect the Port to be able to connect to my Move . Over voice control the Move is  accessible alone ? 
Before i have the Port i used my Move with a old Play5 with the App S1 . After replacing the Play5 ( defect ) with a new Port I switched also to the app S2

Is there a problem with the Move ( 1st Generation ) and the app S2 ?

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your Move on the S2 app. And no - there should be no issue with you doing so.

I initially thought that you may have set up the Port and the Move to be different Sonos systems, but that does not appear to be the case.

I can see that your Move is currently offline, but as it is a portable speaker, that is not as telling as it would be if it were not a portable.

As a result, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
