I can reach with my iphone and I-pad but Symfonisk lamp doesn’t work with android phone… any suggestion to solve the problem?

How to one app and have two locations ? 

I have Sonos at 2 gyms.And at both of them SONOS can suddenly change song 10-20sec into a song…...this happens a few times every day.I have the latest update on both places so what else can i do?

Same issue as this one posted a year ago: My Sonos system is a Sonos Arc with a Sub Gen 3 in the living room, 2x Play:5 in stereo pair in the dinning room and 2x Play:1 in stereo pair in the bedroom.I am using Sonos S2.Like mentioned in the linked thread, during playback on stero pairs, sound will stop on the left speaker, then comeback, and sometimes continue to cut out on one or both speakers. Sometimes songs will simply stop for a second.Problem seems to happen with multi rooms or with stereo pairs.Never had any problem with other music services. Yes, I tried unplugging my system / re-authorizing account. Still, I don't have this problem if I'm using a different music service 

How can I delete songs or artists from my cell on the Sonos app?

I recently installed YTM so that I can play music files located on my Android device.  The Sonos app lets me browse my media by artist and by album but will not let me browse by song.  I get the error message "unable to browse music".   The YTM app on my Android phone allows me to browse all of my songs but won't let me cast to Sonos.  I could be doing something wrong, does anyone have any suggestions or a work around?  Thanks. 

My system is two Play 1 speakers connected at 5GHz to a TalkTalk router (TalkTalk Hub). Both 2.4GHz and 5GHz have the same SSID. I have controller apps (S2) on iPad, Android phone and a Win11 Laptop also connected at 5GHz.My problem is that for roughly 50% of the time Sonos fails to find my music library which is on the laptop, reporting that the media server can’t be found.  Mostly, but not always, restarting the laptop resolves the issue. On opening an S2 app, during the “searching for your Sonos system” few seconds, a transient message appears saying that one of my devices might be unplugged (which it isn’t). Both speakers play.Any ideas as to how to avoid these frequent and annoying laptop restarts?

Hello! I was trying to add a music folder to sonos s2 app windos 10 but it is stuck  in an infinite next next loop between select folder and adjust sharing options,  no error messages. Run the program as administrator,  I checked firewall settings but no luck,  I can play music  from pc app to sonos. any ideas?

Why is the possibility to play music from mobile phone disabled in Sonos app version 15.4?

Hi all,Spotify used to work reasonably well for me; sometimes it’d take a moment to connect to the speakers, but then it was fine.Since a short time (maybe 2 weeks or so?), I’ve noticed that quite often, it’ll just not go to the next song. In the Spotify app itself, it’ll show something like “4:50” for a song that’s only “3:44” etc, and just keep going until I hit next manually.Tracks will also hang intermittently, and the song shown in the Spotify app or Sonos won’t match what’s actually playing.My local music library does not have these problems, neither does Amazon Music, YouTube Music, or Bandcamp. So I’m assuming it’s unlikely to be a local networking problem (I’ve got a sufficiency of WLAN repeaters on my core network, plus a Boost). Indeed, sometimes when this happens during a Spotify session, the next song will indeed come from the previous queue of local library music!This is rather infuriating. Has anyone else observed this? My SONOS app used to start playback immediately after I selected a favorite station, but a few months ago, I started getting a page with a description of the station where I now have to press “play” to start the music. Why is this? It was so much better when I didn’t need to press a second time. SONOS seems to keep adding impediments to simple use of their app.

Hey friends!  My cell phones took a crap so I had to get a new one sent to me from Verizon. Since activating, the Sonos app doesn’t give me the ability to login?  It’s greyed out?  Ideas?  Surround is working so assuming all is good via the beam and surrounds  just not sure how to login with a new cell?  Thanks!

I am curious if you would ever consider adding podcast republic as a podcast service. As that one is my podcast program of choice. I switched to Pocket Cast as it works with Sonos speaker. I would prefer to only have the one as I like the interface on the mobile device better when I am driving. I would like to be able to have Podcast Republic work directly with Sonos as well, especially since recent changes do not allow you to play from your mobile device anymore.I know I will need to find a way to request Podcast  Republic to be able to support it. Just thought I would bring it up here first to see if it would be even make sense to support it on the Sonos system.

My system is Playbar and One SL connected to Smart TV with DirecTV via ATT wifi Not long after connecting the OneSL I noticed it would drop out - quit producing sound - with some inactivity, for example, pausing the TV broadcast for a bit.  It will come back on when I go to the app but it won’t stay on constantly - very annoying I tried renaming the speakers. Of course they show up in the app as “Playbar” and “OneSL,” as they should, but I thought renaming them might help this issue. Probably should have left them alone.  How can I change them back? Last, I spoke with a SONOS rep some time ago (Ticket # xxxxxxxx) after I added/split my WiFi network between 5 gig and 2.4 gig. He suggested putting the Sonos system on the 2.4gig network in my ATT Smart Home app, which I thought I did.  Now it appears the Playbar is on the 5gig and the OneSL is on the 2.4gig.  Really not sure at this point.  The spea

Hi,Hope someone can help - I’m a bit new to all this!I recently ditched Windows for Linux (didn’t want to throw away a perfectly good laptop!) and am trying to get my Sonos 1 controller on Android to see the music library on the laptop. I think I’ve managed to share the Music folder but whenever I try to enter the file path for the music library, the Sonos app cannot find the computer! I’ve seen a few articles where people seem to have sorted the problem but I simply don’t have the knowledge of where to find the global settings they’re all talking about!!Anyone got the patience to help an old bloke get some music back in his life please?! 🙏

No Access to music via search in sonos app. Sonos system is connected to Spotify, and can be accessed from Spotify, but Spotify cannor be accsessed from sonos app. Same with TuneIn, can not be accessed from the sonos app, Even tough it has been connected for several years. Accessong both Spotify and TuneIn via the sonos app has been working perfectly until the last there days. tryong ti manage the services genereres a message dating «network problem, check network.»

I have my Beam connected to the TV.  I am seeing the beam “wallpaper images” cycle but nothing more.  I am playing Spotify with my phone and connected to the Beam.  Nothing showing what Spotify or any song display shows up on my TV.  Why not?  

Have a case number - ******** - Had to bail after an hour of running through what I’d said and done ten times… Opened my iPhone app on Monday to play tunes. It forced a software update. When the update finished my library vanished. Updated on my Win10 PC. Same result. NAS is a Buffalo LS441D. No issues until this point. Have rebooted the NAS, router, etc. etc. etc. Same result; library tries to build but dies about five minutes into the process. “Music Files Not Available” error. Horsecrap: The NAS is happy and up and has had zero config/update changes in the last six months. On the initial hour long call, tried the turn SMB on/off on the NAS. No joy. NAS share permissions are set R/W across the drive and Sonos login credentials are for the admin level. Hoping somebody at Tier II level reads this and can assist, else I’ve got two Fives, a Connect, and two Roams that just became worthless bricks. Moderator Note: Removed case

Just purchased a Sonos Arc and have downloaded the Sonos app. Using version 15.4TruePlay is not listed under sound options. Where do I find it?

Hi ,i saw similar issue on the forum but was not able to fix it.i try to Connect from deezer on sonos era 100 through airplay i have a windows to enter my airplay pssword but i do not have. Same issue from youtube. I already tried to reinstall from scratch but did not work. ( iPhone and sonos softwares are up to date) i have no Apple TV. Sonos not visible in home application.  how to fix it?except that very nice product ;) thanks alexandre   

Recently my phone library disappeared off sonos app. I can't get it back.

I have created  lists of songs to listen to, but the source was on a diskstation, Today, all my music is directly on my PC. How can I convert my lists in an easy way from the diskstation link to my PC-link?

It had been working flawlessly until roughly 2 weeks ago. I can access Sonos website on my laptop using my ID and Password. So no issue with either of those. On my phone app – it will find the system and allow me to only stream Sonos radio stations throughout my various rooms. I cannot access my Apple Music playslists or Sirius/XM I have not changed my router or eero mesh system I have unplugged the router, all eero stations, and the Sonos system (amps etc.) and replugged them in I have removed and reinstalled the Sonos app several times I have checked the settings on the iphone to ensure that Bluetooth, WiFi, Local Network, Background App refresh and Cellular Data are all on.
