Compré la Play 5, para escuchar las canciones que a mi me gustan, las que tengo almacenadas en mi móvil. Al principio, no había ningún problema, las escuchaba y disfrutaba del sonido.Ahora no sé lo que ha ocurrido, que sólo puedo escuchar, las emisoras, Spotify, pero en ningún caso las que tengo en la memoria de mi móvil. Quisiera si es posible, encontrar la forma de poder volver a escuchar mis canciones. Hice un esfuerzo para comprar la Play 5, y ahora sólo me quedan las emisoras (que son muchas, pero no me interesan), o suscribirme a una plataforma musical de las reconocidas por Sonos que tampoco me interesan (al menos de manera principal). Gracias.

Recently discovered AI DJ in my car through iPhone app and loved it.  Came home and tried to play it on Sonos but it’s nowhere to be found on the Spotify app within Sonos...generally speaking have never liked how it looks so different.  Thoughts?  Solution?  Thank you!😊

Successfully ran Trueplay on my ipad several months ago.Recently rearranged sonos HT speakers and want to rerun Trueplay.The tool seems to have disappeared from my ipad — I assume from an update.Why? How can I reactivate it?Thx.

Hi  I recently moved in to a house with 4 old Sonos Play 1 speakers attached to the home. There’s 4 of them. The old owners also left a Sonos boost as there’s a considerable lag between controls and the Sonos Play 1s.  I’m trying to maximise the use of the Play 1s and reckon the best thing that they lack is an airplay feature [we all use Apple products in our home]  I’m wondering if I can give these Play1s some soft of a semblance of Airplay capabilities by purchasing a Sonos beam Gen½ then group it into 5 groups: A- Sonos Beam + Play1AB- Sonos Beam + Play 1 BC- Sonos Beam + Play 1 CD - Sonos Beam + Play 1DE- Sonos Beam  A-D will have the Sonos Beam muted. Then when I want to airplay say YouTube video I do it to A if I want Play1a to play it.  My questions are; Will this work? If I am air playing to group A, can someone use the Sonos Be

Is English speaking Sonos voice control available in Switzerland?

Hi.  Is anyone successfully running Sonos S2 with Mac Ventura OS and connecting to their own music library stored on their Mac book?Given the problems I’m having connecting & as Ventura is relatively new, I wonder if there isn’t yet a fix for this?I love the sound quality of our Sonos but my loyalty is fading fast.Thanks

I must be missing something obvious.  i have added all sorts of playlists, etc to “My Sonos,” but “My Sonos” does not appear in the iOS app. It’s on the desktop app, but not iOS. 

Hey guys, I produce playlists on Spotify for the use in Psychedelic Therapy and meditation groups, and the addition of silent tracks at certain times can really make the music around it more powerful, and allow the listeners to process. I have found silent tracks on Spotify, from various artists, with different lengths, and have added them to my playlists. The problem begins when I play the playlist through my era 100’s, the app is unable to play any of the silent tracks and just skips them. Why do you think this is and is there a solution?  I have 2 pairs of Era 100’s in the room, and the setup always works perfectly… except when it is tasked with playing a silent track.  Thoughts? Thanks, Mike

Hello all - S2 App IOS / Version 15.5 / Build 73042060The past few weeks, under SiriusXM, when I choose the “Live and Xtra Channels” option, I receive an error “Sorry, something went wrong.  Please try again”.  It will not load the channel line up.However, I can at times still pull up channels based on recent or favorites and play successfully.Thoughts on the issue and/or resolution?

I purchased a Sonos Move so I could listen to podcasts that are on the Patreon app, but the Sonos app does not offer Patreon as an option. Am I out of luck? If so, I’m going to return this item. 

Hi, I’ve just bought my first Sonos speaker (Sonos 5) so I’m fairly new to all this.If I connect my iPhone to a traditional Bluetooth speaker, any sound my phone makes will come out of the speaker.  This works well for me as I sometimes receive emails with MP3s as attachments and I can simply open them directly from the email and they will play.So far I have only set my Sonos speaker up to work with Spotify.  From within Spotify I click the green speaker icon and select ‘Kitchen’ and it worksMy question is, how can I play MP3’s attached to an email, that are opened directly from the email on my ipad or iPhone ?I obviously can’t simply upload to Spotify and play them from there.  I suspect I may need to save the MP3 somewhere first maybe (if so how/where) or perhaps connect to the 5 via a standard Bluetooth connection (if this is even possible?)?Any help is appreciated!  Thank you!   

Hi I need some advice.. My internet keeps crashing and my provider informed me that it could be the Sonos system I am using. I have Sonos Arc and two speakers in separate rooms and when playing Sonos the whole internet crashes including TV, IPads, iPhones they all come off line. Once I reset the router it’s all fine, until I use Sonos again. I’ve had Sonos speakers for years and this is the  first time it’s happening.  Can anyone advise me of the problem?   

With the removal of functionality on apple IOS, is there a chance for Sonos to consider a dedicated remote (like there used to be)?I know my family would celebrate a central remote rather than relying on those with phones connected to the system to select music, speakers or change volume.Now that Apple have removed the ability to adjust volume via side buttons and no longer able to control from lock screen, the interaction with our sonos system is a lot less intuitive (my daughter has gone back to just using spotify - she can control the sonos volume from there, and my wife now just uses a separate bluetooth speaker as she sees Sonos as ‘too much of a faff’)

Today trying to listen to sonos radio and the adverts are constant. Is this a ploy to get people to pay for the service or a bug? Thks

Hi. When playing Spotify on one device (e.g. Sonos Connect), then switching to my Sonos One pair, I can see in the app that the music has switched to the Ones and it shows as playing, but there is 30 seconds of silence.  Then (if not using shuffle), it skips to playing the next track in the queue on the Ones, however the app shows the 'now playing' song as being the track after that one.  So the track that's shown in the app as playing, isn't the one that's coming out of the speakers.  This happens for either of the following:1. Using the Spotify app to change the device to Sonos One speakers that are in a group2. Using Alexa to move the music to the Sonos One speakers (not in a group) If the Sonos One speakers aren't in a group and I use Spotify app to change device then it works fine. Any help would be appreciated.  

Sirius is linked through my Sonos app. I have a specific radio channel that is supposed to play as my alarm clock 5 days a week. At least 2 out of those 5 days, the alarm will be the default “Sonos chime” rather than the station because Sirius was logged out. I cannot search Sirius in the Sonos app although the Sirius option for music is still visible. Each time, I’ll have to go to Sonos setting and reauthorize Sirius. As soon as I do, I’m able to get back into Sirius through Sonos. Why do I have to keep reauthorizing?

Hi there,after the latest Sonoma update 14.1.1. streaming to sonos works without wifi enabled for me… but another issue remains:I am straming a youtube video… From the sound menue I have selected the sonos speaker I want to stream the sound to. Video starts, it takes 1-2 seconds before the sound can be heared… OK… Now I am pausing the stream to fiulfill another task… coming back to the youtube stream and starting it again: the video runs but for the sound I have to wait 15 seconds to come back….NOT Acceptable.. any hints?

Hello everyone,I wonder when Sonos is planning to make deals with streaming services like Tidal and Qobuz to stream spatial music to Sonos audio systems. I was very disappointed to read, spatial music is only available on Apple Music and Amazon Music. First thing that was going trough my mind was: “Are you kidding me?” Why support streaming services which pays artist the worst amount of $$$ for each stream? Well… it can more worse, but lets be honest, Qobuz and Tidal are much better for artist support. That's the main reason why I use both of them. the 2nd reason is the high bitrate. With the new Era 100 and 300, costumers are forced to subscribe to Apple Music or amazon if they want to take advantage of their expensive hardware. Isn’t it time to make good deals with more streaming-services to have more to choose from? Same for Sonos voice control. Only full control with Apple Music. I love my Sonos system, but the support for streaming services are horrible.So

HelloWe have several Sonos products and all work fine with the Sonos 2 (S2) app.  However, we have just moved into a property with Sonos speakers fitted to the ceilings and these are operated by the Sonos S1 app.Whilst we are successfully able to play music to the ceiling speakers from Sonos Radio (via the S1 app), we simply cannot add a Music Service to the S1 app.  We have tried several times but when selecting ‘Add a Service’ from the Services & Voice menu, no other music service appears and all that happens is a spooling wheel (as if the S1 app is looking for a music service).  The only music we can play is from Sonos Radio.We want to add Amazon Music (U.K.) to the S1 app and, if possible, BBC Sounds - but the main source of our music is via Amazon Music. Why is the S1 app not finding any music services.  Are we missing something?Many thanks in advance for any advice offered.  

Random one, when trying to listen to the Defected Radio Show on Mixcloud via the S2 app I always get an error 'Unable to play XYZ - the connection to Mixcloud was lost'. While other shows on the same app, listening the exact same way, work fine.Any idea why this might happen for this particular show?Cheers 👍

Every other day, some of my speakers disappear from the app. It’s not always the same speakers, and checking with two phones might sometimes show different parts of the Sonos system on each phone. The speakers usually reappear after a while (or after power cycling them). But strangely, even when my phone is not showing any speakers at all (yes, this also does happen), I can always see the whole system in the controller on my Windows PC or my Mac. Apparently, the speakers are connected the whole time, for the following reasons:Windows and Mac controllers can always see and control them. I can ping the “missing” speakers from any device on the network. My access points report uninterrupted connectivity to the speakers with great connection quality. The speakers keep playing even while the app doesn’t see them.My setup:5x One SL + 1x Move (all spread across the house, on different floors) Ubiquiti Unifi network de

I’ve been playing SiriusXM on my Sonos speakers for many years with no problems.  Worked great.  Now just over the past few days I keep getting disconnected from SiriusXM.  Every couple of hours I am told “Unable to play the selected item.”  If I try to browse SiriusXM I am told “Unable to browse music.”  The only way around this I find is to remove my SXM account and then go thru the process of adding my SXM account back in.  A lot of unnecessary work.  Is there a fix to this?   This is in the S2 app version 15.9  Thank you.  - Arnie  

Used to be able to control my systems volume with my iPhone keys - not logging into the app.  Function stopped working and not sure how to fix it.

I just found a FLAC Music File that refuses to play on my S1 System.Two other songs in the same folder play without issue, but I get a SONOS Error Message of :“Unable to Play…. Is is Encoded at Unsupported Sample Rate of 88200 Hz” I went as far as obtaining a 2nd copy and it too Errors with the same Message.I attempted to use AUDACITY to convert it to 44Hz / 24 Bit…. I exported it with those parameters and I get the same message…. This is a new Error I’ve not encountered in my 1600+ Song Library…..Something is somehow embedded causing this….. or simply I am not converting it properly. Suggestions are most welcome! 

I have updated the software on the SONOS app three times. However, every time I launch it, it still wants to update. And then all the options under “Manage” are greyed out. Help
