I have updated the software on the SONOS app three times. However, every time I launch it, it still wants to update. And then all the options under “Manage” are greyed out. Help

It’s likely that you’ve updated the controller, but not the speakers. What happens when you continue to run that update?
Fixed it by the “Microsoft” solution. Deleted SONOS app and then downloaded again.
No issues.
