Is it worth using TruePlay on a pair of Era 100 speakers paired in Stereo. New Era 100 arriving today to make stereo pair. I  used TruePlay on  previous One / One SL stereo set up, didn’t do it with the  Era 100:as it sounded ok out of the box. 

Hi all,is anyone else having trouble since the new update?  We have sonos products in three different rooms in our house, all on same WiFi. Network. since the recent changes every time we change a track it defaults to the same room even if we haven’t used or changed to those speakers.  We can be playing a track on one set of speakers but in the app it is showing a different track in the what I’ll call the default speakers (our dining room).    So every time we try to change what we’re listening to we have to change back to the speakers we want to use because it keeps defaulting.my gut tells me this is linked to the new queue system which I think is awful. anyone else got anything similar going on?  Its making us so frustrated.

Unable to load content on the new app?   

 after 1.5 hours of resetting every speaker and setting up the system all over again, this is the result.    Garbage system.  

I’ve waited a month or more now before venting my * thinking Sonos will fix their massive * up with the new app. No. It remains a mess. Nothing works at all. No playlists. Can’t add, can’t search. My Sonos Port is cutting out, no sound, after 20 minutes. App shows it playing. I hard connected to my home network thru an eeros wifi remote terminal. Eeros shows connection to Sonos Port. I restarted the Xfinity router and Sonos Port. Any suggestions?

How am I supposed to add my new ERAs 300 via the APP when the app is not working? The app is asking me to log in when I am already logged in and it goes on a loop. I cannot add nor adjust anything. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thank you.

Sonos - I’ve been a user since early days, basically from the beginning of in the market - have several systems in place/locations to support - yes, I’ve seen struggles with development throughout the years - but this current issues, it’s the worst - we should not seen issues with Ownership login!!!is this going to be fixed? - if not, you’re going to see lots of individuals leave your products.

I have two self-created playlists on my Sonos desktop app (I have S1). When I try to add a song to one, I get the message “No playlists have been added to your Sonos Playlists yet,” even though the two that ARE there quickly flash before that message appears. Then I try a few more times and it works. Then it doesn’t. Quite frustrating -- anyone else have this problem with the desktop app? I know many have complaints about the mobile app. Thanks!

I use a NAS to store my music. In the new app, the 3 dots at the bottom/right are greyed out so crossfade, sleep timer, etc don’t work. When will these features be added back to the new app? (note: they were available on the old app)

Some albums in Apple Music show up incomplete on the Sonos App. For instance, an album on Apple Music may have 10 tracks but Sonos only shows 3. Why is this?

With the new version of the app, I have lost the ability to connect my personal music library.  I have my personzl music library on my computer’s hard disk as well as on a drive connected to my computer via USB. How do I get that capability back ?

Hi all,the new app update completely broke the system with 5 Symfonisk speakers we have at work. Right after the update, accoring to the app there is no Sonos system set up on our network at all.I reset all speakers, but when I go through the setup process again, all goes fine up until the point I enter my WiFi network details, it proceeds to the next step of connecting but infinitely hangs at this point until it says the speaker is connected but may not be visible until I restart the speaker.After doing this and rebooting the speaker, it never shows up in system settings.The weird thing is, they're definitely all connected to the network because I can use them using AirPlay, but the Sonos app still says there is no network.I have updated the app two times now since the new app (first to 80.01.30 and then to 80.02.04). Both versions give the same result.Does anyone have any suggestion here? Ethernet is not an option as we do not have access to ethernet ports on our network due to IT po

Since upgrading to the new app I am not able to set up truplay on my arc which is linked to two one SLs.I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max - version 18.0Sonos S2 v16.2I attempt to start trueplay tuning, and i always get stuck on this screen. pressing continue does nothing. please can someone help? 

Trying to install the app. I download the latest Sonos S2 file from Sonos support site.  Add Sonos to my applications Open Sonos app App opens but the screen is black, I get loading spinner forever.  App stays unresponsive, I have to Force Quit On my other Mac, the software update fails and the app is also unresponsive. I have 5x Sonos speakers but I’m losing patience and have not purchased anymore speakers due to various software issues.  Macbook M2 Pro 16” 2023MacOS Ventura 13.6 

Hi Sonos Community,Can anyone help me, please?I recently lost all my music in my Sonos library through an update, probably like most of you have done in the past. I eventually got it back again with the fix that was provided. However, before all this, I used to download music from YouTube to my Windows Music Library. Then, as soon as I updated my Sonos library, it would automatically show there as well. Now, I am downloading to the Windows Music Library, okay, but when I update the Sonos library, it did not show there. My Windows Music Library is definitely showing as being added to the Sonos Music Library Settings, but when I update Sonos Library Settings Now, it does not show there as it used to. Any ideas why? Is there a way to stop services from automatically adding pinned collections to the Home Screen?Is it possible to remove recently played, favourites and any of the other default categories from the Home Screen? Looking for more control over what is actually displayed there. 

Just updated to the new app and found that the main way I play music to my speakers has been broken.  I utilize “Music Library” > “Folders” to play music so that I can choose which FLACs I play over the Sonos system (I had to downsample some HD FLACs so Sonos can play them).  This has always worked with both the S1 and S2 controller apps.However after the update, it will still play the song I selected but it shows “No Title” for the song title, does not show time played/remaining, and does not proceed to the next song as normal if you were to select a song in an list of songs from an album.  Everything works fine if I go into “Music Library” > “Artists” or another method of selecting songs.

I have literally spent hundreds of dollars, as have so many others, to purchase Sonos speakers. I don’t want to stream, I want to listen to my 10,000-song iTunes library - that was one of the selling points of this “system.” It worked fine for years, and now it doesn’t. I have spent HOURS of my life searching, Googling, reading these forums, plodding through endless “solutions” where I have to waste time in Windows trying to allow permission to access my music folders, yet it never works in the end.I am so tired of trying different 50-step “solutions” offered by Sonos “customer service.” You can blame Apple all you want, but it is on SONOS to have a simple process by which customers - again, customers who have spent a lot of money on your products - can simply and easily add their iTunes library to the Sonos system.
